Low Carb Can Be Epic
This is as close to traditional Ramen style noodles as I've ever had from a substitute and dang tasty sauce with a kick since i got the spicy style.Proves low carb can still be Hella good, woohoo.I will be trying the other varieties soon.

Cook longer.
Cook slightly longer than it says. Add actual kimchi. It's not bad.

Don’t cheat on your noodles
Good flavor and spice but won’t fill the void that only noodles can fill.

The calories are mindblowingly low
I'm glad to report that not only are they pretty good (about on par with cup noodles ***in my opinion***), the calorie count is WAY lower. Cup Noodles has almost 300 calories a cup, whereas the flavor with the least calories only has... 30! 9-10 of these will equal the calories of one cup noodles cup!!! And that's not all... these are actually filling! I'm not a small person by any means and noodles usually have trouble filling me up. These don't!!! That's really important to me.I do have some concerns that I want to address because it isn't perfect:The sodium is pretty high because it's a soup, so consider drinking less of the broth. The red curry flavor has the least amount of sodium (500-600mg) so try that one. I will warn you that it's 70 calories which is higher than the others, but still way less than Cup Noodles. It's also pretty spicy!Next, the nutrition. These aren't exactly healthy. There's little to no protein, vitamins or minerals. That said, nobody's stopping you from adding your own stuff to it! It's already filling as it is so it could definitely make for a great meal with extra protein/veggies added to it.The price. This is obvious and is a lot more pricey than Cup Noodles/alternatives.The noodle texture. It's basically firm jelly. If you're disgusted by anything remotely jelly, this isn't for you. It isn't mushy though since the noodles don't absorb the soup... it's hard to explain. You just have to try it I guess.

Thin rubber bands
The low calories are great. The Misu flavor is pretty good. However, for me anyway. The texture of the noodles is like chewing thin rubber bands, and they don't break down in my mouth. That was my experience anyway. I assume that by making these noodles super low calorie, low or no fat, and low carb the price is considerable higher than cup of noodles, and I understand that. I cannot get past the texture.

Great taste, quite hot/spicy and no smell from noodles
This is only the second type of konjac noodles I have tried. The first ones were good, but out of the package had a fishy smell that needed to be rinsed away with lots of water. Then the noodles were fine. This brand had no smell whatsoever and the instructions do not recommend rinsing the noodles. They don't need it. The red curry flavor of these is great, very rich tasting. These are quite hot for someone not used to spicy food. Compared to my local indian/thai places that rate spice 1 to 5, these are a 4. I don't eat a lot of spicy food and these burn my mouth a bit, cause my nose to run and give me the sweats. I like 'em and wouldn't mind if the spice level was a little lower, but these are great.
