Sent a very used return, not having it
Received first thing next day but a very used item - covered in scratches with the case tabs broken so it's hanging apart and there's bits rattling around inside. The short pipe has a tightening bracket and that has wrench marks on it. So it's been installed and uninstalled. Nice. Going straight back.

Absolute lifesaver
Works EXACTLY as expected, saved me an unbelievable amount of money, people who buy this clearly don’t put it in properly, the negative reviews are all either from incorrect fitting or actual damaged units. A full pressure boost across a house costs hundreds if not thousands to fit so this is as good of a price as you will ever get. Works perfectly and shuts off after 5 seconds of no water running. Yes it’s a little noisy (you can just put some kind of sound insulation around it) but that’s a small price to pay for 3-4 times the pressure. If you have low water pressure buy it and fit it properly and it will be more than worth you while.

Excellent so far
Easy to install, at least relatively in the circumstance of installing anything under a kitchen sink. But yes it works well. Pump starts 2 or 3 seconds after opening tap, water then gushes out of spout. Motor then stops 3 or 4 seconds after closing tap. Yes there is a motor noise but when tap is running the sound is literally drowned out by the flowing water noise so it isn't that noisy. My only complaint is that the cable is really short, you would be lucky to have a socket clise enough, especially under a sink. The cable just reached right through the adjacent 50cm unit where I fitted an extension socket in a gap space under thet worktop. I think 6 foot of cable would be better to give a chance to reach a socket. One good thing is, the poor water flow without tge pump is not restricted by the pump when it is stopped. So if the pump fails, it wouldn'tt restrict the natural flow. The instructions say minimum natural flow for pump to work is 1.5 lts per min. I tried ours and it was 2 lts per min and pump does work. Didn't meassure after as I meant to but it must be 10 times the flow rate now.

Last one just failed
My last one just failed, and lasted 18 months it may be because I had it boosting the hot water in a parkhome, non-combi boiler. It does not state not suitable for hot water in the destructions. But for the price and only needing 2 scews to the wall and in and out pipes diverted with flexible pipes it was worth I and I have fitted another. 240v plugged into immersion socketGood gadget for its size

Good little pump
The pump works well, I fitted this right at the kitchen sink where the hot water flow is poor due to height of storage tank and not enough pressure through the hw cylinder to the taps.
