This product is a complete package comes with charger for both microphone and the headset. The sound is very clear. I have never bough such an assisting hearing aid.If you have mild or moderate conduction hearing loss (not sensorineural), it is a perfect fit for you. I had tried 2 different hearing aids ranging from $1700-5000 and none was helping. I got this device after very long research into to assisted hearing devices and found this one very helpful.1. Battery life of both microphone and headset allows you for extended time use. Apple earbud pro only last 2 hours.2. Headset has an indicator that you can monitor when its need to be charged3. Remote microphone and its effective sound transmission of up to 18 meters4. It is packaged nicely and you can take it to movie theatres, classroom, meetings. It specifically amplifies speech sound and not the noise around you. Non-specific sound amplification is one of the weaknesses of the hearing aids that has not been resolved yet.5. No app is required and that makes it independent of cellphone use.7. Finally, unlike other devices that you have to run after finding adaptors and cords to fit your device, Neosonic Listener NW 10 Pro comes as a complete package and is self-sustained.

I purchased this device for my mother, she wears hearing aids but still needed the TV to be blasting to hear it. When she is wearing these ear phones (without hearing aids in) we just position the Bluetooth microphone next to the speaker and she says that she can hear the TV perfectly without us having to blast the volume. She can even hear us talking to her while watching TV. This has been a lifesaver since my husband and I like the volume low when watching TV. We can now watch TV and all be in the same room with the volume perfect for all of us!

This product seemed to be the answer to my TV hearing problem. My wife wears hearing aids, but I don't so we had problems finding a comfortable volume for both of us. Since we use a digital cable sound bar with no auxiliary outputs, I could not purchase any unit that relied on plug in. This unit offers a microphone that sits near your speaker and send the signal to the headphones which then amplifies the volume. It came beautifully packaged with a nice carrying case and was a very attractive design. It was light in weight and appeared to be well made. Problem was, it didn't work long.The instructions provided were adequate to get the product setup and working initially, but when I encountered problems, of which there were several, no solution was provided. When you have only two buttons to push and you only need to push one twice for setup, there isn't much trouble shooting to do. After some initial setup problem (my fault) I got it to work for about 15 minutes and it was great. I thought my problems were solved. I then shut it off and when I turned it back on it wouldn't work. After many tries and button pushing, it would not work as designed.There are a couple of other issues which with the unit I didn't care for. The small remote microphone has a sensitive pickup and I got a lot of conversations from people in the room. It was great when the room was silent, but picked up sound and amplified it into the earphone. It was kind of like being in a potato chip bag while it was being scrunched.The unit also has a separate microphone in the head set, but when I tried it in that mode (by accident), it picked up any movement or clothing rubbing against it and amplified that as well.So it's back to the search for an amplifier that will meet my needs.PS: I gave it two stars because it is really a very nice looking unit.

These things work great.I'm very hard adhering.People always complaining t v's too loud.I set the microphone next to the t.V I could turn it down so far that nobody else can hear it.And I could still hear it clearly with these headsets.Great product

Will work as a remote device connected to a remote microphone. Also works as an ambient device amplifying sounds well.

Unfortunately, these did not work for my father-in-law, although we tried to make them work. Maybe he has strange ears but no matter which buds we tried, they always kept falling out. He found the sound was also intermittent in quality.For the price, we found these sadly lacking and could not justify the cost versus quality. We had to return these and keep looking for other options.

Disappointed in the quality of this, it was not good enough quality of audio for my parents to communicate better. I returned it in perfect condition and got a partial refund without explanation.

Amazing device and excellent customer service. I was wearing hearing aids which did help me hear better but they were not adequate and I kept losing one when trying to wear a mask too. When I tried my first Neosonic headset two years ago the difference was very noticeable. The clarity and volume of sound are so much better than my hearing aids. I had to return the 1st set for repair during the warranty period (due to my not so careful handling when taking off) and I had it back in no time. I have just ordered a new set now for backup and will continue to use this product as long as they make it. I am a very satisfied customer for life.
