Check with your Dr. First, but I've used this everyday for over a year and bought some for my adult son. I do believe it makes a difference. The taste isn't bad, just a bit of vitamin, but not bad at all.

On my 2nd bottle!!
I am always deficient in Vitamin B on my blood work so my doctor recommended i start daily supplements. I think doing this liquid is more effective than a pill. I take it right when I wake up in the morning under my tongue. Flavor is so so, but I think this brand is quality and when doing my research it has more complex vitamin B than other products.

Organic formula, but dropper markings hard to read
My doctor recommended I start taking a liquid B-complex. I've been using this for about a month and am presuming it's doing what it's supposed to do, though I haven't noticed a noticeable difference in my energy levels yet. I'm deducting one star for a practical issue: the measurements on the dropper are very difficult to see because the liquid is dark and the measurement markings are black. Better contrast would make it much easier to measure accurately. The formula is organic and quality ingredients, but the dropper design needs improvement.

Helping with my pain and energy levels.
I have a B12 deficiency and take shots, but still feel tired. I also suffer from neck and back pain due to inflamation. After reading how B12 can help I decided to buy this 8 and 1 Organic Complex blend. I notice a difference and still half way my first purchase. Taste is not bad. When did stopped taking it for a week I noticed the difference in my pain and energy level. I immediately feel the difference once I started taking it again; my pain has subsided, sleep better and energy level is better. I decided to purchase my second bottle. It is expensive, but for me it is worth it in my opinion. I looked for the 4oz but only find it on Amazon. Highly recommend this brand.

This is good and will raise your vitamin B level, but wish it didn't have so much sugar

I like all of the ingredients but the taste is awful. I prefer the capsule version from the same brand.
