Can you control the outside ring lights and the center lights independently?

I just had these installed on my computer and they are identified by armoury crate as LED Strips... since LED's in LED strips can be addressed individually, i would think that yes they could with the right software.

What direction do these pull air. Is it the main logo side or the back side with the model and S/N side?

Through the logo. The rails on the back is where the air comes from. If ot want an exhaust fan you 0l will ce the logo facing in the case. For a intake face it out the case.

How do you change the color of the led? The hub says with a touch of a finger but theres no button on the controller.
