Reasonably well built and serves its purpose. After preparing the cable and tinning the wires, wiring was simple enough. However, as some have pointed out, the screws are rather stiff. In this regards it is important to use an appropriately sized Pozidriv / Philips or crosshead screwdriver. None of us likes the feeling of having a screwdriver slip out of the screw. Nor do we like it when we inadvertently “strip” the head of the screw. So make sure the screwdriver maintains a good grip before applying too much pressure else you could damage the head of the screw and be unable to undo or re-tighten them. Other than that the socket is fine and good value for money.

Easy to fit and work with.

This socket is built to be durable and is easy to install. But beware; the neutral and the live labels are the wrong way around on the inside of the socket. This is extremely dangerous and could give you a shock or fry the applicance you use it with. The diagram on the outside of the socket is correct, so refer to this if you have trouble remembering which way around you need the wires.

Very easy to take a part and install your cable too it nice size and good build quality have brought again

I needed a flat plug so it does the job
