Gel smooth
Love these pens! I prefer a fine point gel pen and these are great. They write smooth, dry quickly and resist smudging. They also feel good in your hand. Definitely a favorite!

Can not be erased
I saw a report on YouTube saying these are the only pens to use when writing checks so I figured what the heck. I tried to erase the writing but I couldn’t so I guess they were right.

Not the quality of the ones I have gotten in the past.
The protective glue on the tip was annoying. Even after getting it off, the pen skipped and wasn’t the fine print of the last ones I purchased. at first, I thought they were old, but then I noticed all the tips were the same and had the protective coat applied by the manufacturer.

My new favorite pens
I was looking for lightfast, waterproof pens to draw with, and I saw these Uni-Ball Signo pens on Peter Sheeler's art Youtube channel. I have long admired his pictures, so I decided to check them out. They were very reasonably priced, and overall reviews were enthusiastic, with an overall rating of 4.8, so I ordered a box. I don't usually use ink on my paintings and usually use pencil to draw with, but I really liked these. After prying off the cap covering the points, I tried them on cold press (textured) watercolor paper, and I really liked how they felt and looked - they felt and looked so much better than other pens I had tried. And even better, the ink is archival. They did prove to be waterproof, so I'm a happy camper. I'm a convert. I didn't realize how different gel and ballpoint pens could feel and look, and these are great for writing, drawing, sketching and for use with watercolor painting.

Great everyday pen with permanent ink.
Comfortable grip. Writes well. Ink flow is smooth and continuous, with no interruption. No globs or smudges. Security ink is good for signing cheques and documents. I like having at least one of these pens in my bag, and on my desk, in my car, by my journal, and wherever I might need to write at a moment's notice.
