I’m absolutely thrilled with the WiZ Smart RGBIC LED Strip Light! After installing it in my living room, it has completely transformed the atmosphere of the space.What I Loved:Vibrant Colors: With 16 million colors, the possibilities are endless. The colors are vivid and rich, creating a stunning display in any setting. Whether I’m setting the mood for a movie night or just want to add a pop of color to my room, the options are fantastic.Dynamic Light Scenes: The dynamic lighting scenes are impressive, especially when syncing with music or ambient sounds. It’s perfect for creating an immersive experience.Ease of Control: I love the convenience of controlling the lights via the Wi-Fi connection. Whether I use the app, voice commands through Google Home, Alexa, or HomeKit, the response is quick and reliable. Lights were simple to install but difficult to keep perfectly straight on long walls.Lights up the room beautifully.We put these in 2 rooms and it stuck no problem in the one room, but in the other I don't think it liked the paint. It stuck to the wooden fitted wardrobe perfectly, but the painted walls we needed the clips for to keep it up - we ended up using clips from the 2nd box for the other room because there were no where near enough to hold it up properly since it didn't stick to the paint.Easy to set them up and adjust them on the app. The app does still have room for improvement though. I wish we could make our own cycling colour scheme aside from the pre-programmed dynamic options.Scheduling works well. Even when the one I had set up on Google Home stopped working.The daylight setting is really good. Feels quite natural and enhances the room as the sun starts setting or even just during a full day.

I wanted some LEDs for some wall paneling and these were the best price at that length. I had to cut down the length to fit my needs and it was really clear and simple with the instructions.Once we got the right length, peeling back the tape on the adhesive was easy but would recommend having two people doing it if you can! Since it’s probably going to be quite a long piece you’re sticking down, having an extra pair of hands stick it down with you just means you don’t need to readjust.Once connected, I played around on the app briefly before linking them to my Google Hub. Really quick and easy and there’s no issues with connectivity! Happy with colours too as they match the colour of light from a different brand.Long story short, get these if you want a sturdy LED strip!

This is great for low-level lighting at night - I ran the strip underneath our bed frame and use "night light" mode during the night. This casts a small amount of light around the bed which is great for avoiding stubbed toes in the dark!! It was a little tricky to get the App up and running and a rather long winded process setting up "scenes" and "rooms", but once done quick and easy to use.

Feels like a high quality set of self adhesive LED Strips.This set consists of two separate lengths of LEDs. Each LED is spaced 4cm apart, which is pretty effective in terms of lighting display, and closer than many others I looked at. The adhesive was adequate to secure the strip to the wall, I am unsure how easily the strip will come away from the emulsion painted surface after an extended period of time. The tape adhesive is 3M which I have found to be good quality in the past. No remote control is supplied as this set is designed to operate using the App on a smart phone or tablet. My young daughter operates the lighting using her IPad and she loves it. Having bought this set, fitted it and downloaded the App with no negative issues I would be recommend this set.

Really happy with the product. You pay for what you get. Not expensive product therefore quality is basic but does the job if you fit it smartly. No complaints.

Bought these especially for party but I was really disappointed as the wiz app and the lights have very limited music sync option. There is only 9 preset colours that you can’t change and the lights react to microphone in your phone which doesn’t work well and you can’t play music on your phone at the same time.Being RGBIC these should have nice chasing effects that would react to music but they only pulse to music.Comparing to other strips out there this is very poor.However if you are not after a music sync mode the lights are of good quality and the colours are vibrant so I would recommend them. There is quite a few colour options to choose from in the app and scenes.Unfortunately I wanted a led strip that I could use for both background light and for party and you need a good music sync mode for that and these lights don’t have it.I’ll be returning them

Not only does this light strip look great but it was simple to set up, and I've not had a single issue using them whether it be through the app or Alexa. If you don’t mind a few less features and effects, then for the money these are great!Connecting the lights to the app is about as easy as you can get. It only takes a couple of steps whether you scan the include QR code or set them up manually and they are ready to use. The same goes for linking them to an Echo device; you just give the app permission, and the Alexa app automatically detects the lights, I just had to rename them and put them in a group.The LEDs seem to be around 85% as bright as the leading brands and the colours look great, especially when you use the dynamic lighting mode which really shows them off with different effects. As well as colours you can also choose warm or cold whites, but I did notice the coldest white doesn’t go as pure white as the more expensive brands out there do. They do feature a music mode too, but it uses the microphone on your phone to sync the lights to the music.The WiZ V2 app works surprisingly well, and I really like the clean design, the quickness of moving through the menus, and ease of understanding everything. All the basic functions you would expect are here such as colours, effects, schedules, grouping, and more. You can use the app without registering but if you do then it will save your lights/settings so you can log in on a new phone without having to set the lights up again.Overall, I’m really pleased with these lights, and they look great going around my bookshelf. They were initially 20 quid which I thought was great but now they cost a lot more, so the value is the only bad thing about these lights. Apart from the price I’m more than happy to recommend them and I feel they are worth the full five stars!
