Immediate relief within a single day. After seeing some good reviews and a few weeks til I could get to the dentist about a problem tooth, I bought this and seriously over night the tooth pain subsided. The next day after another round of swishing, completely gone. The area was throbbing and hurt to touch. At first the taste was STRONG so I diluted it with a smidge of water. Now I just drop a few drops on my problem tooth and begin to swish. I believe with how potent this product is, my saliva builds up quick so that kind of drowns out the strong taste. Within 3 days I have no problems with the product taste. I still plan to see the dentist but will not stop using this!

I don’t know how this works, but it does. After ~6 months of progressively worsening tooth pain, I bought this on a whim because the reviews were good and I was desperate. On the other hand, I was more than certain that it would do little-to-nothing based on my understanding of the ingredients. Imagine my surprise that after only 2 doses I had ZERO tooth sensitivity. Before using it I literally had to stop eating on that side of the mouth and was avoiding certain textures and anything with a noticeable temperature (hot/cold). I couldn’t even touch the area with a toothbrush. Prior to buying it I saw my dentist who had several interventions planned (even considering root canal). I was worried about the taste of the product because it smelled very noxious (even with the cap on) so I added it to some tooth “pulling” mouth wash-type thing that I bought at Walmart. The first use was in the morning after brushing my teeth and I didn’t notice much. The same evening, prior to bed, I decided to swish it around for 4-5 minutes in the same solution above before brushing my teeth. And the effects were wild. I could lay the bristles on the area and even brush it and felt zero pain. That was 2, or so, weeks ago. Since then I’ve been able to eat and drink normally and literally experience no pain or discomfort. Again, I have no idea how this worked so quickly and effectively (unlisted ingredient???) but it doesn’t matter at this point, as it’s been a God-send. I’ve been a customer on Amazon for many years and this is the first review I’ve ever written.

Very strong so if you even have it near your eyes it will burn. The older kids freak out about it because they say it burns their mouth so I dilute with water for them. My younger one I really dilute with water. Seems to be helping because my youngest had a bad cavity that was infected and this made the pain go away. She also ate some garlic but I really think this helped too. To me, it smells great and freshens breath as it says. As far as all the things it claims to do I have no clue but for the way it makes my mouth feel fresh, I’ll continue to use. Not sure yet if I would repurchase.

For the past couple of years, I've had cavities developing in my teeth and they baffled me. I brush, floss, hardly eat sugar, went years without getting new cavities, so why was I suddenly getting more? I realized it had to be the tea. I really got into loose leaf teas about two years, and the acidity must have been slowly weakening the enamel of my teeth. Sadly, I thought I would have to give up my morning tea ritual. BUT not anymore! I started swishing occasionally with this stuff a couple of months ago, and didn't see much change. Admittedly, the first time I tried it, my eyes watered so badly from the taste and stinging in my mouth. But when I had the realization that I would have to give up tea, I started swishing right after drinking tea, so every day at least once a day. I've noticed an improvement after only a couple of weeks of swishing consistently every day. I had two thin dark lines at the base of one of my molars, which let me know a shallow cavity was developing there. After about a week of swishing, when I looked at the tooth, I only saw one thin dark line. I wondered if maybe the lighting was different and that was why I only saw one line. Or, was it this liquid? I started swishing 1 to 2 times a day. After a few more days of swishing, I've noticed that the black line is getting shorter and fainter. I can barely see it. Now I'm definitely swishing twice a day, and I've got my whole family swishing too. I'm looking forward to the line disappearing completely over the next week or two. You get used to the taste. It doesn't burn anymore when I swish, and now I actually like the taste. My mouth feels really clean and fresh after swishing. If you're wondering whether to order this product, GET IT. For $15, this is much more cost-effective than going to the dentist even if you have insurance coverage. The co-pay, gas, time, etc. is more than $15--not to mention the value of not having to face the drill and get fillings. My cavities were very shallow (measured by dentist 3 months ago), so I don't know if it would work for deeper cavities, but it's certainly worth trying.

This is a fantastic product. I purchased this product (along with Uncle Harry's toothpaste and mouthwash) hoping that I could reverse years of tooth decay I had created from a 'woo' alternative medicine that required me to suck on lemons (stupid, I know--I was naive and completely ignorant that the acid from the lemons would destroy my enamel). Years later I'm stuck with weak, brittle teeth that are sensitive and it seemed like nothing could fix my teeth. But, I was persistent and I thought: "If humans can grow bones, surely I can find someway to restore my enamel". Sure enough. Years later--even after having this damage uncorrected for several years--I did a little research, found this product, took a leap of faith and am very grateful I did. I have been able to almost completely reverse the damage to my teeth in just one purchase--and I'm not even done with the first bottle yet! I have been regularly using the mouthwash ( Uncle Harry's Natural Alkaline Miracle Mouthwash, 8 Fl Oz ) and toothpaste ( Uncle Harry's Fluoride Free Toothpaste - Peppermint (3 oz glass jar) ) with the liquid remineralizer as per the instructions and within just one purchase my teeth have already become whiter, stronger, almost impervious to heat, cold and accidental taps from my toothbrush or other hard objects (stuff like that used to hurt if I tapped the tooth in just the right weak spot with the right amount of force), and restored the enamel to their original pearly white. From this product I learned that the secret to regrowing enamel is that the teeth have to be saturated in the right environment--an alkaline one (among other things). Before this, I had tried all sorts of other things to help the health of my mouth and teeth, but nothing that I have tried has been as beneficial and effective as this toothpaste and the other products offered by Uncle Harry's. I try to use this liquid remineralizer for when I'm at work, for example, and I need to keep my mouth clean, or for those times in between brushing that I would like to cleanse my mouth. If I'm at home, I rely on the mouthwash or the toothpaste. Thank you Uncle Harry's! I would definitely (and already have) recommended this products to my friends and I plan on buying it not only for myself but for my friends and family members in the future.

This is my second bottle I've purchased. I wanted to go through the whole first bottle before I wrote a review. I've been using it 3 times daily for almost a month (about 3 wks), along with Uncle Harry's Tooth Powder (which I'm loving--but that's for another review). The taste is quite pleasant and minty, without the alcohol sting and aftertaste with most mouthwashes and rinses--so I really do like that aspect of it. I dilute 10 drops in 1T of water (because it really BURNS without any dilution), and swish for 2 minutes acc. to the directions. It does help keep my mouth feeling clean and fresh, but I don't actually know if it's doing much more than that. I've read other reviews and some people seem to think that this is Miracle Water, or something (gum tissue re-growth, cavity reversal, etc). I have stains and deep grooves in my molar teeth, and am prone to cavities. I also have receding gums, and while my oral health is probably improved just from my mouth being cleaner, I have not noticed any extraordinary changes. I have not noticed my gum tissue growing back, nor the grooves in my teeth filling in with enamel, nor the tips of my teeth getting any noticeably whiter (clear due to deminerlization). I do not think you should expect this stuff to reverse gum tissue loss, and certainly not to "heal" or reverse cavities. Please, Please, PLEASE go see a dentist if you have a cavity, and do NOT depend on this to somehow reverse your tooth decay!! It is also quite pricey for such a small bottle, and using it frequently every day will quickly deplete it, which means buying it monthly, if not twice a month. For the price and the claims, I was a little disappointed, but I'm going to try this second bottle and see if I notice any improvement in my teeth. I'm using it only as a preventative measure, so I'm not expecting it to reverse any cavities or major issues, but for the price and all the claims (it is sold as "remineralization liquid for tooth enamel" after all), I was expecting something a little more effective in at least strengthening my teeth that have translucent tips. Its a good, basic, natural mouth rinse, but not a miracle-worker.

I have vitamin deficiencies so my teeth are soft. I have tried numerous enamel strengtheners as unfortunately my teeth have become sensitive or I will get baby cavity. Hoping this will help prevent and heal a baby cavity I have as the sensitivity I had is gone in under a weeks use. Does this burn? Eh a little on the tongue but it's very tolerable. The taste isn't the greatest but I'm looking to heal my teeth. It does make the breath fresh. And again the pain relief that comes so quickly is worth it. I swish for longer than I probably should but that's because I do it while getting ready for work and forget about it. Truly worth it it you have soft teeth and need to strengthen enamel.

I was having sensitivities in my teeth and felt as if no matter what I did, my mouth health was suffering a little. I added this as a step multiple times a day and also right before putting my Invisalign in at night, and the sensitivity has decreased and I felt like the teeth are stronger. I will continue to buy this product and I feel it provides anti bacterial activity and support which is huge for mouth health.

The Uncle Harry's Remineralization Liquid is really great. I like the aroma and properties. But I don't recommend swallowing it, you need to rinse your mouth well, because it burns your tongue a little. But it's good for your teeth. I will definitely buy it again.

My daughter and I both use this, we are on our third bottle and it seems to be working. It has been several months but the dentist has noticed some remineralization (brighter white spots). The taste is strong, we use it as directed and mix only with saliva, no rinsing. We use it at night so that it continue to sit on your teeth. It leaves your breath fresh. . So while it is expensive, it is worth it in my opinion.

Tastes kind of intense at first but you get used to it. I would buy again.
