This product is easy to take, however I personally have to take it with a lot of water, but it doesn't had any bad after taste nor does it cause any type of weird reflux, that some supplements do to me. I like that the bottle is clearly labeled and lists allergen potential as well as noting certain allergens it is free from, which is helpful.

I opened this bottle to find quite the mess. I emptied the whole thing into a bowl and discovered the culprits: two capsules that look like they were slit open by some kind of machinery. I tossed a third capsule because some water stuck to the powder on the outside of the capsule. This is the first time, through hundreds of supplements, where I've had any broken capsules. This did give me an opportunity to taste the powder. It is strong-tasting stuff.I took two capsules a day, as recommended, and after five days I do feel better in my cranky, middle-aged knee joints. So, the bold 5-day claim on the bottle may hold some validity. It certainly is an interesting joint-care supplement with a sort-of all-encompassing blend. A couple of the usual suspects, like MSM and chondroitin, are absent, but some others have taken their place. Maybe this is the way to go. I just think they need to put as much into quality control as they do into marketing.

This joint support is incredible. It is a prime example of when traditional medicine meets modern medicine. It contains many other supplements than Glucosamine turmeric and tamarind, boron, collagen type two, and many others. None of the listed supplements are controversial or disputed. It is a solid product that I highly recommend.

I have been taking these for a number of weeks, hoping to find some relief for ongoing, well documented joint stiffness and inflammation. I'm giving it 4 stars but will increase to 5 if I see further improvements. I think I'd give it a try to see what it can do for you. Of course, it's recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.

I am in love with supplements. I believe that the food we eat is so over processed and undervalued with nutriention that taking some supplements a few times a day is the best way to go, and so far it rings very true. I appreciate that they are easy to take, they are easy to follow the instructions, I love what they are for, what they benefit, and I love that the bottle is so abundant. It is a good bottle of supplements to add to my vitamin taking ritual for sure.
