Ok, I’m not one to do a review especially a fast review however this product is getting a review after one use. I had all my lowers removed 4 weeks ago with an immediate denture put in. It’s hard, it’s loose and no matter what I used it would be loose in an hour. And anytime I took one bite of anything even soft it popped up and food went under my denture ruining meal time. So eating was a chore with much creativity involved. So I bought this yesterday, but before using I went on YouTube and watched videos of people who showed how they installed this stuff and then I went for it. Slight tingling like a cinnamon tingle which it says is normal from manufacturer and online reviews. Pushed them on hard and held it for 5 minutes before letting up. No drink or eat for 5 hours. At that point they were still holding strong so I made a quick dinner and ate crunchy chicken tenders which prior was never gonna happen. Meal was completed and no food got behind the denture at all. I am learning to chew on both sides and this stuff held tight with suction alone! I then popped it out but was nervous too as the fit was amazing and I hand no pressure points at all. Pressure was distributed evenly across my gum line, no pain, no rubbing! After removing it popped right in and stayed in. Removed before bed, woke up and it went right in. Amazing product at least for me. To be able to eat one meal was worth it. No falling out when I speak etc. no glue washing out when I drank liquids, no aftertaste and I can drink a cup of freaking coffee!!! Life changer, for $13 it is worth trying, just watch some videos etc as they were helpful for sure. After using for two days I had corn on the cob, and another, no problem at all. First ear of corn in 8 years. For me it works like nothing else.

This stuff is amazing. It has saved the day many times and I just started needing it a few weeks ago. It’s really easy to use. You just warm it in some water then place it onto your retainer, denture or partial around where it will meet your gums and roof of the mouth. Wait 5 min then put in your mouth and bite down. When you bite down it spreads out creating a nice comfortable perfect mold of your mouth making wearing your item so much more comfortable and lessens the need for glues and powder adhesives. I really don’t like the feeling of the glues so cushion grip until I can’t make it work!! You just have to remember it takes 24 hours to cure fully so you can’t soak or anything until after that. Also no eating for 2 hours after application. Not only does it help with the fit but it is a soft layer covering the hard acrylic so it’s so much more comfortable and covers up any painful spots until the dentist can have a look at it. The package states it lasts a few days but mine stayed perfectly for much longer than that. Great quality very helpful product. Glad I found it!

UPDATE: July 7, 2026/ Here I am again. I decided to bite the bullet and try Cushion Grip again. The dentures, I'm using now, are my seven year old ones. I've learned more about how to use it than before by going to their web site. An actual person chatted with me. Ok. Here goes. First off, I learned not to use any adhesive for 24 hours for it to cure the best. Her suggestion is to put Cushion Grip in my dentures before going to bed and to sleep with them in. I didn't know this so used adhesive within three hours, on my lower denture. I haven't needed any for my upper. I could eat pretty much anything. But, within two days, it just came out of my lower denture when I took it out before going to bed. It's also a good idea not to trim Cushion Grip off right away unless it is bothering you from over flaps or over your teeth. I trimmed way too much off within a short time. That really is not necessary. They tell you not to put it in the middle of the upper denture. But, in my case, I have Tuberosities. A tuberosity is a rounded bony protrusion behind your last molar in the upper jaw. It is covered by my gum. So, by applying it to the top of my denture has kept it in without any adhesive. This is great as it is quite loose without it. Also, don't soak them in water for 24 hours. Just clean your dentures with Dawn dish soap. Rinse them well and insert. Hopefully, this will help you who have had problems with using Cushion Grip properly. I have ended up with sores and pain from using this last tube. I don't know what the difference is, but I'm tired of the pain. The first time, I used it, it caused pain on my gum that, ertswhile, caused jaw pain, wherein, I could barely open it. Second time, while eating, a piece of food got under my lower denture and caused a hole in my gum. It took two days for it to, partially, heal. It also does not mold as well causing my denture to fall out, even while not eating. I'm at a loss as what to do now. This review was from the previous tube, not the one I have now. Went from 2 * to 5 *. UPDATE: I watched a youtube video, from Real Life with Michelle and Rob, to learn how to apply Cushion Grip properly. I wasn't using enough for my old, loose lower denture nor did I apply it to go over the flanges. Cushion Grip designers also changed how to apply it, but they don't tell you the way to put it in so it becomes cushiony, like Michelle does. For another thing I would change. To not put the tube in from the cap, but the end. I did exactly how Michelle shows her viewers and got my lower denture to fit really well. I still had to put a tiny amount of adhesive in, but this is a lot better than having to put it in three or four times a day with goop seeping out in my mouth. At this moment, right after I got up, I didn't put any in and my denture is staying well. I got to eat what I wanted, for the first time in a very long time without my denture flipping out and no goop seeping out. And yes, I now have the cushion so I'm not stressing or anxious anymore. I'm actually comfortable. Last night, I ate chili with corn chips, potato chips and cookies. Today, I'm having a salad. Original Review: I was so excited to try this again, but it's been a disappointment due to the fact I cannot get it to cushion either of my lower dentures or help them to stay in my mouth without having to use a denture adhesive. This really defeats my purpose for buying it. I followed the instructions, but I cannot figure out why the seller tells us to put the tube in cap down. Whenever I took it out of the water, my fingers would get wet. Then I would end up having to dry them just to put the Cushion Grip in. No matter how many times I've tried, my lower dentures will not stay in my mouth. Maybe I need better instructions. I feel for almost $20, this is not of value to me like I thought it would be. You would think someone could make a product to help with keeping our dentures in without all the hoo ha and pain or bad taste or burn because this stuff burns while setting.

I purchased the Cushion Grip Thermoplastic making it to see if it would hold without drying out my mouth which made it necessary that I carry a bottle of water every where I went, it also created this foam on my lips to where if I wore lipgloss, lipstick or even vaseline my mouth would look disgusting. Instructions were easy enough to follow and the thermoplastic was totally different in that my mouth did not dry out and it was comfortable. The true test followed, I am sorry to say with me the thermoplastic moved while eating I could feel both the partial and full upper shifting. I applied more cushion grip waited the allotted amount of time for the thermoplastic to set and eating is not possible with the dentures. It is impossible to enjoy even bread. There are positives with the thermoplastic speaking is better, drinking is better and eating something really soft is possible. Your product is still good because there are other people who may be able to use thermoplastic. I am keeping what I have at least I can enjoy speaking to someone without constantly rubbing my lips or making sure I do not forget my water and with the thermoplastic I can wear lipstick again. I will not give up on it, so far it has been the best thing that has happened, As of this date 8/3/24 throught I would keep trying the thermoplastic: It is better than the other adhesives insofaras my mouth does not dry out which I truly appreciate because I can actually have a conversation with someone without being self conscious after having the skin on my lips cake up and turn white. I do not have to take a water bottle with me because of the adhesives drying out my mouth. I can take my dentures out and use them again with the thermoplastic up to 3 or 4 days. The problems found are, if an elderly person has to use the key to get the thermoplastic out it does become difficult and also there is a lot of residual adhesive left in the tube so you throwing money down the toilet. I found myself cutting the tube open just to get what was left. The eating while you have the dentured in with the thermoplstic, as much as I wanted it to be true so I could go out with friends, no dso true. Even with eggs, in which you have to really eat slow, you get the plastic clqpping together and there still is have the lifitng, but the thermoplastic is still good. i can wear lipstick eithout it crumbling on my lips which still happens with the others. I can keep my dentures in longer than most. I don't truly share have i feel with items I buy buy I read other individual's comments which helps me chose what I want to spend money on and since money does not go a long way since the pandemic, throwing away money hurts. Please for those who enjoy your products but their hands are not what they used to be, give them something easier to get the thermoplastic out of the tube. The turn key is alright but there has got to be a better way in manuevering the tube, the key does not work for those with arthritis or any other problem with their hands. I truly wanted to be fair in my assessment, knowing that it may work the way it should with someone else and then there are those whohate it. It is not as easy as you say to remove it from the dentures, again you have to take in consideration the elderly and some young ones. There are a lot of things you cannot eat, you have to be a slow eater. There is still the matter if enjoying your food, you may taste with you tongue but you still lose the ability to enjoy what you eat. Implants are the rage now and but that is a house payment and I need someone to show me what Medicare insurance they have that pays for the elderly to get implants. Nevermind the fact that the ability to really enjoy what you eat, be it nuts, crusted bread, vegetables not cooked until they become mush, and candy. Gum is still a no no because it stick to the plastic I would purchase your product again because I gained something back, a litle more self confidence back. The

My husband and I have been using Cushion Grip for several years now and it's made wearing dentures bearable. It's a nightmare to wear them without it so we always have it stocked. It's so much softer than the hard palate of dentures, and creates a solid seal that makes it easy to eat any food, even steak! The suction does wear down after a few days so I do like to apply a thin layer of powder adhesive daily for added security so my dentures don't budge. We also like that it's super easy to apply once you get the hang of it, and it doesn't leave a long lasting taste like other liners we've tried. It lasts much longer than seven days when applied correctly. We only replace the liner about every month or so when it starts wearing down. It did take a couple of times before we learned to apply Cushion Grip correctly, but after watching a video online detailing the process it was a breeze. It is really easy to apply too much and waste some of the product, however, with only a thin layer needed to adequately line each denture, a single tube lasts both of us approximately two - three months. It is important to mention however, the longer the liner is used, the more difficult it is to remove. It's saved me in more ways than one - I dropped my top denture while cleaning it a couple years ago, cracking and breaking it in half. Without having money to replace it, I super glued the denture and roll a thin layer of Cushion Grip over the top, covering the very noticeable crack in the front gum line between my two front teeth. It's not a perfect color match, but close enough that people are unable to notice, even when I smile. 😁 I honestly don't know what I would do without this product and can't recommend it enough. It's affordable, lasts a long time and makes wearing dentures super comfortable. This is one of those products that I truly can't live without or recommend enough to denture wearers. A+++

I got cushion grip as soon as I got my dentures as a back up just in case I should ever need it. And I forgot! I literally saw it in my bathroom everyday and somehow forgot what it was there for. So I missed a realignment and had to reschedule only to be hit by a hurricane and emergency evacuation. Weeks apart. So, the top denture was very loose, I couldn’t eat anything without having to go into the bathroom to re-glue it, sometimes halfway through meals. My denture came loose twice just while talking to someone (luckily, it was with my husband and then during a phone call), I was totally congested and getting headaches it was Just awful. I almost called to beg the office to see me sooner but I felt horrible asking them to make arrangements for me after I canceled on them twice. Somehow I remembered that I had Cushion Grip. It saved me from any further embarrassment, allowed me to eat and go on about business as usual during an otherwise stressful time. I’m extremely grateful and will continue to purchase. it is very important to follow all of the instructions! There are a few tutorials on YouTube that are easy to find if like me, you’re a visual learner. But it’s really easy to do. Cushion Grip is a tube of like a rubbery substance just place the tube in warm water to soften it (I used water from my keurig), squeeze a bit into your hand and roll it up hotdog style, stretch it to fit the denture, press it down edge to edge onto the denture, wait a few minutes and place the denture back in to your mouth , bite down naturally and wait. I suggest you do it before bed so you don’t talk yourself into eating too soon. (I’ve done it and the Cushion Grip didn’t grip to the denture as well. So instead of once every few weeks I had to do it again in another day or two. Kinda sucked. It says all of this in the instructions, just clarifying that they know of what they speak. So follow the guide and you’ll be good) it burns a wee bit…my eyes almost watered a bit the first time (not from pain, I think just from the new feeling in my mouth.) But it’s really not bad at all. The only thing is that if you use too much, it oozes out to the visible part of the denture, I don’t have a big smile so my teeth don’t show much but for those that do, it could be very obvious and it seems impossible to trim, so I’ve always had to take the the whole thing off and start from scratch all over again. Less is more! You can add more but can’t seem to take it away. Good luck

This stuff will line your dentures, but it does not last 2 weeks like they say. I really do like the product, it makes a world of difference in your dentures especially if there loose in your mouth like mine. If they have become to big, or you have a place where their not sitting right or their hurting. This stuff really is great! You just have to change it about every 5 to 6 days, because it does wear thin. But I guess that's still not bad considering. It does burn a little bit when you first put it in, but it only lasts a couple seconds, but I've never had an irritation. It will stay on even if you eat drink or whatever right afterwards. But it will not hold them in place! I still have to use the powder to make my dentures stay in. Maybe it will be different for some people, but for me it just lines my dentures so they will fit better, but I still have to glue them in! But I do recommend this product. It is overall a good liner for your dentures if that's what your looking for. I haven't really found anything better! You have to heat it up with warm water and make sure your dentures are dry or it won't stick. But work quickly, it cools down fast.

NOT an ADHESIVE! Cushion Grip is not meant to be an adhesive, it is a thermoplastic lining agent. Intended to make dentures FIT snug and secure, so dentures “grip” the gums. When dentures fit snug, it creates a suction grip that holds them in much better than adhesive. Side note: if after first application you feel it’s not quite secure, you can add a little more (layer) in any area needed. So for the people saying it doesn’t work, I’d wager you didn’t follow instructions correctly or you misunderstood what the product is meant to do. It DOES work very well. If you’re having trouble getting if off dentures, soak first in hot water and then use tweezer to peel and pull it off. Cushion Grip is without doubt the best product I’ve ever used in my 20+ years wearing dentures.

Compre Cushion Grip para mi padre y le ha parecido excelente. A diferencia de otros adhesivos para prótesis dentales, este crea una capa firme y acolchada que mantiene la dentadura en su sitio durante todo el día sin necesidad de reaplicar. Lo mejor es que dura varios días con una sola aplicación, lo que lo hace práctico y económico. Además, no tiene sabor desagradable y se limpia fácilmente al renovarlo. La sensación es mucho más cómoda que con cremas tradicionales, ya que reduce la fricción y las molestias. Para el ha sido un gran descubrimiento y lo recomienda totalmente a quienes usan prótesis dentales.

If you do it like you supposed to do then it is a life saver. Ik make the tube warm and then i take a bit out en push it in a dry prosthetic. Then i put it in my mouth en bite closed. For a couple of hours no eating and then its fine. You can take it out and brush a little if you have eaten. If you do this with cold water then it wil harden more. Mouth temp is the best. It is not a adhesive but more a filler. Especially for the bottom it works perfectly. Excess you can cut of
