I found the Maqihan natural soap base (2 lbs) to be a great option for making handmade soaps at home. It melts easily and has a smooth consistency, which makes it perfect for beginners. I also like that it doesnโt have a strong smell, so it works well when adding fragrances or essential oils. The final soaps come out with a nice texture and look clean and professional. However, I did notice that it can sweat a little if not stored properly, so keeping it in a cool, dry place is important.
