These drinks are amazing. I have noticed more definition since drinking the FitAid Creatine beverage. I drink it as soon as I am done weight training. Tastes mostly of tumeric and stevia with a very long stevia aftertaste. I will say that the grape flavor masks the unwanted taste the most. In terms of energy, green tea is not very effective and there's only 40g of caffeine which is like 1/3 cup of coffee. Ingredients are better than most energy drinks but not effective, so what's the point.
