Melatonin is a hormone made by body to make you sleep, when there's darkness body releases melatonin by default. This product has melatonin which increases melatonin in your body thus makes you sleep faster. Tagar is a herb that clams your brain thus makes you sleep better and refreshes you in morning. Vitamin B6 improves brains nervous system that's why you may have more or better dreams. Combining all these together increases sleep quality and makes you feel fresh in morning. I take one tablet one hour before sleeping. I finish my dinner at 8:30pm then at 9pm take this sleeping tablet then at 10pm go to sleep. It takes few minutes to effect but with in 5 to 10 minutes I sleep and feels fresh in the morning. Price of this could have been bit cheaper. But, overall I could recommend this tablet if you have sleep issues.

It will help you in deep sleep this helping in relaxation of brain and mind. This is the best for the deep and peaceful sleep also it is natural med for the sleep which is non-addictive. Taste was good and there is no artificial smell add quality was good.

It does what it claims, it does give you a good nights sleep. But the fact that it’s claiming to be “non habit forming” is clearly wrong. The days I don’t take melatonin for sleep is when I don’t sleep the whole night. My sleep cycle wasn’t this bad but it looks like my body is addicted to its use after few days only. So I will not suggest it to anyone who’s looking to just supplement it for better sleep, but after stoping it I shouldn’t be fully dependent on it. Before this I’ve had magnesium as well for sleep and that didn’t feel very dependent for my body so I will suggest try magnesium first and lastly give this a shot if nothing works out for you

This product contains harmful chemicals like titanium dioxide. I urge everyone not to buy this and request Amazon also to remove this product. I'm going to take legal action soon. However, it is still used in other regions, and many studies focus on nanoparticle exposure rather than food-grade.

Just got the delivery, should use and see the results. First impression, these tabs stink, though they are veg, the stink is too much, 2 stars for that, will update the review later on about the effect on sleep
