I think these help with joint pain. I've taken glucosamine for years but hopefully the added turmeric will lessen the pain more. They're quite big but easily swallowed.

Really good product, it took about two weeks before I saw the benefits of taking these tablets, my knees especially I don't feel the aches and pains like I used too, part of my daily routine taking these, like brushing my teeth...these are definitely worth a go!
