Review of Q i m h Watch Repair Kit An excellent tool kit for anyone wanting to repair watch straps (leather or metal) or change the batteries in Quartz watches, or even (for the more capable) repairing watches! This Watch Repair Tool Kit comes with 14 useful tools, 144 Hinge Pin Lugs (18 Standard Types, 8 Pin lugs for each type) used for repairing or sizing watch straps. The tools comprise an Adjustable Case Opener with Accessories for screw-back watches, a Watch Case Holder, 2 Case Knives for removing watch-back covers, 3 Screwdrivers of different sizes, a Metal Watch-band Link Pin Remover, 3 Pin Punches, a Watch Band Holder and Hammer (for the pins), a Spring Bar Pin with Scale, a Pair of Tweezers. All these packaged in a zip-up pouch case, small enough to be carried with you anywhere. A fine kit at a fair price.

I went to get my watch batteries changed a and the shop gave me estimate for 22 pounds each watch , and I had three. I thought why not buy my own watch repair kit and get rid of this problem forever. Arrived in time, very good kit with a lot of watch repairing stuff inside. I could easily manage to do whatever I wanted to , I’m not sure how would processionals look at this kit , but for DIY kind of stuff , it’s probably an excellent value for money

I bought this tool set to change a battery myself in a Tag Heuer watch. It worked perfectly. Loads of small tools and the watch holder is excellent, as is the tool that unscrews the watch back plate. Great tool kit at a great price of £12. I have also used it to remove a pop off back plate from a sports chrono watch to change the battery. It was a simple process as you can adjust the watch holder so it grips the watch without pressing the stop watch buttons.

The tool kit is jam packed with all bits of clever tools and useful gadgets. I bought this because the £10 to repair a missing telescopic pin on a watch was ridiculous, and with several watches lying around in various states of disrepair, I figured I should fix them all. Fantastic little kit, all my watches has various sizes, backplates, batteries, straps. There was a tool for everything. Great value!

This is a useful set of tools for the amateur who just wants to change the occasional strap or battery. I bought it for the watch holding device, which looked the best on offer and indeed worked well. The zip case isn't actually appropriate for the items supplied - little hammer (nice) too long and as another reviewer said, the box of sprung pins not held so fell out with pins all over the place. The Two case opening tools strong and work well but not place for one of those either. My greatest disappointment was with the quality of the screwdrivers and other forged tools which are shoddy and of low quality. Better ones from your local poundshop. Good price - but you get what you pay for. Others of better quality may be available.

I needed a new battery for my watch, ast time it went to the jewellery shop it cost £4:50, also the wife's bracelet needed a link taken out at a cost of £6, so I decided to invest in this kit. So with the new battery done, link taken out, at a slight saving and a kit to sort out my other watches, it's a great piece of kit and very easy to use it well worth the money

I purchased this kit after my watch strap broke and i lost the spring bar. was going to cost £15 to repair so decided to purchase this kit and attempt the repair myself. Great kit, everything I needed to repair watch strap. Yeah its probably not the best quality set of tools but it is a case of you get what you pay for.

For around a £10, absolutely brilliant. You still need to have a little bit of mechanical / engineering / diy knowledge to use but not only saved me a fortune in paying for watch battery replacements, also used already for lots of other little jobs about the house. The little vices, jigs, toffee hammer etc. great. Even if you don’t need one right now, stick one in the cupboard for when that little job crops up or your watch stops..

Molto utile per piccole riparazioni non professionali. Ha tutto il necessario per riparazioni di vario genere. Gli attrezzi non sono di grande qualità ma fanno il loro dovere e, per il prezzo, non si può avere di meglio. Utilissimo e da avere sempre in casa se siete appassionati di orologi a livello amatoriale!
