Truly are & feel luxurious.
This is my 3rd purchase of this beautiful, luxurious Cal King comforter, mattress topper, or insert. With my comforter I didn't pay attention to drycleaning it. I have the largest Speed Queen washing machine washed mine & after a year I have a few lumps make sure to dryclean yours! I now use my 1st one as a mattress topper, then put my beautiful White Linen fitted sheets by Quince on, and it is like sleeping on a luxurious fluffy cloud! My spine is fused & I am in stage IIIb remission and using as a mattress topper helps my pain & keeps me cool. I use my 2nd comforter on top of my flat sheet, & under my white scalloped quilt, then my 3rd comforter I use as an insert in my White Duvet cover. My bed looks luxuriously plush. I will be buying more of the Luxurios comforters for my Son's, & guest rooms bedding. I know they are a wee bit expensive but they are absolutely worth it. I highly recommend you buying one, or two, You will love how they feel & look! God Bless you.

Love it!
I love this duvet! It came vacuum sealed, but there was zero weird smell when I pulled it out. It was too big to throw in my dryer to fluff, so I left it laid out in my spare bedroom overnight and shook it out occasionally and by morning it was so fluffy! Oversized king fits perfectly inside my king duvet cover for the extra poofy look. It also does seem to be breathable. Iโm normally more of a hot sleeper and have been able to stay comfortable under it so far. The quality is great, especially for the price! Very happy with this purchase!

Excellent customer service and quality
Update: since my original review the company has reached out to me and apologized for the quality of the comforter i received. They replaced the comforter with a brand new one and didn't make me send back the old one either! This new one is great quality so i am very pleased. The comforter is super comfy and not too hot or too cold. It has some weight to it which i love because it makes it so much more cozy without making me too hot. I got the super king size and I love how big it is. My husband and i don't fight over the covers anymore. With this new comforter and the way they handled things i give this company and product 5 stars and would highly recommend this to anyone!Well, I just opened this comforter and already im finding issues. There are strings coming out and at least 2 stains I've found so far. Not sure if I should return this or what as I'm sure it would be really hard to fit this back into the case. Wish this was a better experience. This was very expensive too, so very disappointing.

I'll never go back to a polyester filled comforter again!
***Only had comforter for a few days, so will update if necessary at a later date.***Picture 1: comforter inside the duvet cover I ordered at the same time. As you can see, even inside the duvet cover, this comforter is quite fluffy. It has not been washed and dried yet either. The slight new smell disappeared after allowing it to air for a couple of hours, per manufacturers instructions.Picture 2: the satisfaction guarantee and unpacking instructions included in the packaging. This is an amazing comforter! The quality is great, it fluffs up beautifully, it's just the right weight, it's soft right out of the bag, and oh so comfortable. It was package well, inside a vacuum sealed bag and into a breathable fabric bag, and shipped in a solid and sealed Amazon cardboard box. At this point, I'll never go back to a polyester fill comforter again!!Now to address complaints for this comforter.First off, if you're not familiar with, or owned and slept with a down comforter, do some research before selecting one. Doing so will ensure you know the terminology, production, quality standards, myths and gimmicks associated with down comforters, and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. I suggest Googling a third party review site, such as, supercomfysleep.com and goodhousekeeping.com. Both these sites explain fill-power, construction, and cleaning; while supercomfysleep.com covers myths and a few other misnomers associated with goose down comforters. Now onto specific complaints in the reviews.Noisy: all goose down comforters will have more rustling noise than a poly-filled comforter. My personal experience with comforters in general, is that they create some rustling, period. If you're that sensitive to noise, perhaps you should stick with cotton/polyester blend blankets, and avoid comforters all together... or invest in a good pair of ear plugs. Frankly, I find this complaint a bit overly dramatic and unnecessarily critical. This comforter has average rustling sound equal to a poly-fill, and decreases with both, over time. Not as pictured, particularly the fluff factor:The manufacturer ships this goose down comforter, vaccum packed, which removes all the air from the product and the bag. This has a decompression effect on the down and requires it to be laid out and fluffed (shaken) several times, for a minimum of 2 hours for the fluffiness to return, and over several days it will reach full fluff capacity. These instructions (see included picture 2) are clearly laid out in the paper insert included with the comforter. If you have zero experience with vacuum sealing/packaging, then you won't understand this, and incorrectly assume you've been ripped off. You haven't, you're just not following instructions.False advertisement (claiming not filled with actual goose down):First off, yes it is. Second, down and feathers are two very different things. Down does not have stiff and thick quills like feathers, nor does it have the same structure and consistency of a feather. Down is very fine, fluffy and fuzzy in consistency, as it is the insulating layer underneath the outer feathers of a goose, and it's quill/spine is very thin and small compared to a feather. If an animal; such as a dog, masticates (chews) on down it will NOT look like down anymore. Rather, it will be shredded and separated from it's fine quill spine, making it appear to be bits of opaque plastic and pieces of mushy material. And frankly using a picture of this exact situation (reviewer pictured masticated down her dog had chewed on after chewing a hole in this purchased comforter) as proof it's not filled with goose down is either very naive/ignorant, or worse, disingenuous and blatant misrepresentation. I have no doubt that this comforter is filled with quality goose down, as it's reviews and ratings speak of its quality, and the manufacturer. Not to mention the guarantee the manufacturer offers with this product. Moreover, this manufacturer and comforter is listed by supercomfysleep.com as the number one pick, in their reviews. Therefore, I'm a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend this goose down comforter and manufacturer. It is a quality comforter for the price, with exceptional fill-power, and manufacturing. But, as I stated in the beginning of this review, be a wise consumer and educate yourself before purchasing. As this will ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, and will have reasonable expectations of the product's quality and construction. And hopefully, you'll come to feel like I do about this comforter: I'll never go back to a polyester filled comforter again!

Luxury at an affordable price
Okay, so Iโve been sleeping with this duvet for two nights now but have had it for about a week. So far, I love it. I put it into a queen linen duvet cover and it is so luxurious and fluffy. Perfect for that overstuffed lofty comforter feel. I had been using a buffy down alternative insert for about 4 years and it was time to replace it, and I wanted to try down. This is an excellent affordable option for a high quality down insert. Itโs vacuum sealed, as others have said, and the only reason Iโm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because it did have a pretty strong โbirdyโ odor when I took it out of the packaging. I ran it through the dryer a few times but ultimately just laid it out and let it air out for a while in my spare room. Over a few days the smell dissipated and now itโs undetectable in my duvet cover. Donโt be alarmed, from my research it seems common when oils get trapped in a vacuum sealed insert such as this so be patient and air it out and you wonโt regret it. The baffle box stitching is great, because it keeps everything evenly dispersed and allows for total loft of the feathers. Comfortable to sleep in despite it being the summer time, I donโt overheat, and Iโm a hot sleeper.

Very Nice Comforter
So far, very happy with my purchase, (King size comforter). Just received yesterday, unpackaged and put inside my duvet, then realized the instructions recommend you place it in the dryer, (as it comes vacuum packed). I really didnโt feel like messing with the duvet again and yet the comforter still fluffed out very nice. The outer shell is very soft, it has decorative piping around the edges and the filling is evenly spread out throughout all the pockets. One of the nicest features are the tabs, located on all four corners and in the middle of each side, (to tie to the inside of your duvet, if your duvet has the little inner strings) great for keeping the comforter in place.

Updated Review: Great Customer Service!
EDIT 11/30/24: After posting my initial review, the company reached out to let me know I likely had a defective product and they would love the opportunity to remedy it. They gave the option for a full refund or replacement of the exact item. I opted to give this duvet another shot because I really like the size. I received a new item, aired out for a few hours to fluff up, inserted it into my duvet cover and waited for a week of use before returning to edit my review. It was clear I did have a defective product, the replacement duvet is not leaking feathers and it not running nearly as hot as the previous duvet. I am thrilled with the purchase and even more thankful for the customer service team reaching out proactively to make it right. I would now recommend this product, without hesitation.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I purchased the Palatial King duvet during the Prime Big Deal Days, and I was initially thrilled about the size. However, I soon discovered that finding duvet covers in this size is nearly impossible. After some searching, I opted for the Bedsure Waffle Duvet Cover from the same brand for the best compatibility.Once the duvet cover arrived, I washed and assembled everything on the same day, and I loved the overall aesthetic; it was plush and had no unpleasant odors. However, after just one night, I realized that this set tends to sleep quite hot. My husband, who prefers a warmer sleep environment, found it uncomfortable.Additionally, I was disappointed by the amount of feather shedding. Each morning, Iโve had to use a lint roller to remove the feathers, which is an unnecessary hassle. The dark color of the duvet cover only highlights the feathers, making it look messy.Unfortunately, due to the delay in receiving the duvet cover, Iโm now past the return window and stuck dealing with this frustrating situation. I would recommend looking for a more reliable product to avoid these issues.

75% goose down duvet which does not fluff up
I received this "100% Siberian goose down luxurious king duvet" on 29 Jan 2021 but held off reviewing it until 24 Feb 2021 as I wanted to give it a fair trial.Sadly, it'd seem that quite a number of the reported flaws are correct.1. It was super flat upon opening the vacuum pack. After laying it out to air for more than 3 weeks, plus throwing it in my tumbler dryer twice, the loft is still not there!2. My tag also states "minimum 75% down" and not the 100% as advertised (see picture). It was also printed "made in China" but that is not an issue with me as most things are nowadays. Peculiarly, the tag omits the country of origin of the goose down3. When I held the duvet up to the light, it is readily apparent that the down filling is unevenly distributed with some square boxes allowing quite a bit of light through. This was reported in another user's review4. I don't quite understand what a baffle box stitch is. The stitching on my Duvet seemed rather ordinary5. There are no cleaning or care instructions on the included tagsNow for the good points1. The duvet is Responsible Down Standard certified2. The duvet has passed the OEKO-TEX standard 100 for harmful substances3. The duvet does rustle but this is not louder than my previous synthetic fill duvet. Neither does it affect my sleep4. There is no discernible smell5. The outer 100% cotton covering (advertised as 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton) is smooth to the touch. But I still use a duvet cover to protect it.If you are looking for a 100% goose down with the country of origin for the down clearly stated, this duvet may not be for you.I am also disappointed that my duvet failed to fluff up after prolonged use.
