Doesn't work in the USA
customer site says it will work with GCM 4 but it only does 2 or 3, not used in the USA anymore. I requested a return and refund, they never got back to me. now it says my return period has ended.

the GUI/Web interface is good enough and SSH connection also proved useful
The product is OK, the GUI/Web interface is good enough and SSH connection also proved useful, nice to see asterisk there, however, the unit received is only 2G. This is no longer a valid option with AT&T, so, no good luck for me.

Works with my IP PBX
Worked the first try. Clean web interface for setup. Voice calls are clear with default settings, with no echo. SMS feature could be better, is the only reason to dock a star. Voice side is a champ. Ideal for a small pbx.

No UMTS, no LTE
Will not work with UMTS and/or LTE networks! G2 is on it's way out or has been discontinued in may areas.

This is NOT a 3G device and WILL NOT WORK with AT&T
Unfortunately, I'm having to leave a one-star review of this device not because of any shortcoming in the device itself, but because the seller provided information that turned out to be wrong. This led to having to return the item for a refund, but, more importantly, has also left a remote site without any phone service, which happens to be a safety issue in this case. On January 14th, 2017, I asked the following question: "Is this a 2G or 3G device? AT&T in the us no longer supports 2G devices on their network." The seller replied on the same day with, "Is a 3G device". Having received this reply, the device was ordered. Four days later (which was after the unit had been ordered), user efece left the following comment: "The product is OK, the GUI/Web interface is good enough and SSH connection also proved useful, nice to see asterisk there, however, the unit received is only 2G. This is no longer a valid option with AT&T, so, no good luck for me." I'm confirming efece's comment: this is NOT a 3G device - at least, not according to AT&T, who will not allow it on their network. Whether this is an AT&T issue or a device issue doesn't matter: it won't work with AT&T. If you're using a different carrier you may have better luck, but if AT&T is your only option this will not work. It's been suggested that the Yeastar TG100WM (basically the same model as this, but UMTS) will work on AT&T's network. We have one en route; I'll leave a review for it once it's in hand and verified as working or not. Yeastar NeoGate YST-TG100WM 1 Port UTMS VoIP Gateway 850 900 1900 2100 MHz

Consegna puntuale, Buono.

LG
