TO BE HONEST I ordered this morings powder and drink it continuously for 6 - 7 day now I saw some results my hair quality increase and I think my stomach health is also goodIm giving this product only three star because it tastes very bad and it wont mix well in watcer also I used warm water also but same problem there If you cant handle bad tastes like me dont buy because it tastes really bad and You can increase its taste by mixing lemon or honey in it to increase taste but I think this product is not that much value for money.
