An ACTUAL pre workout
Best non stim pre out there. Helps push through for a few more reps without needing to be caffeinated out of your mind. Beta alanine tingles aren’t bad (just enough to let you know it’s kicked in). Taste is great…it’s light so the flavor doesn’t punch you in the face. I pair mine with glycerol monostearate for a great pump.

Just a regular pre workout
I’ve been using it for over a week now and I have to be honest, I don’t feel any different during my workouts. I like the fact that it’s not overly sweet and it has a tangy taste to it. Aside from that it’s just a good tasting drink.
