The perfect pre-workout. No caffeine (I get plenty from coffee) means I can use it any time of day without interrupting my sleep. The flavor is subtle and easy to drink. The pump is real, and it lasts about 2-3 hours for me. The effects peak while I work out. I drink the product about 15-20 minutes before my workout and the stimulation from the product hits around 10 minutes into my workout with a peak around 40 minutes into my workout... which is when I need a little extra engine rev anyway. If I wanted it to peak earlier, I’d simply just drink it earlier. I get a mid-workout stimulation and my endurance through my lifting (1-2 hours at the gym) is enhanced. I do feel a difference in the quality of my sets/reps/loads with this workout and am seeing gains. I would definitely recommend this (and really any Legion product). Between the blue raspberry and the green apple, I’d go with green apple. But, you’ve got to do what your palate typically enjoys. The green apple is a bit sweeter.

Great taste, not sharp and tinny like some: tastes like a soft drink with attitude,works a treat..

I’ve been using it for over a week now and I have to be honest, I don’t feel any different during my workouts. I like the fact that it’s not overly sweet and it has a tangy taste to it. Aside from that it’s just a good tasting drink.

I was looking for an evening pre workout but without the stimulant but the needed pump. This is it, great taste and performance.
