The best there is... Period
This review is coming with a heavy heart because Jabra has recently announced they will no longer be making ear buds. This is especially sad because these gen 2s are truly the best ear buds on the market in 2024 by a large margin. I live in East buds 4-8 hours a day and I have tested all the top buds like the sony xm5, bose qc ultra, technics az80s, sennhiezer twm4s and the jabra elite 10 gen 1s. The Gen 1s were the best overall against all of these... the gen 2 elite 10s are better but no longer an overall better, they are superior or equal to all these other top ear buds in every category. Better sound, ANC, hear through, comfort, fit, feel, app support, features, size, connectivity, reliability, and button controls. my biggest gripe with the gen 1s were their hear through mode, it needed a lot of help, and it got it. there is a stark difference in hissing noise, volume, and clarity in these new gen 2s and it's like you're not wearing anything now. the ANC of the gen 1s were already just barely shy of QC ultras which were the best despite the bose being unusable due to connectivity glitches. the gen 2s are now equal to or better than QC ultras. They have full crisp powerful sound you can feel with hard hitting bass and intricate notes, crazy ANC like magically turning the world off, awesome tactile push button controls so you dont have to fiddle with that annoying touch sensor BS on other ear buds, highly customizable and configurable app. These are the ear buds you want and its not even close. The only other ear bud that might be worth looking into is the sennhiezer TWM4s if you like less powerful but extremely intricate detailed sound in certain types of music like classical perhaps, they offer a bit more minute detail but lack the fullness and power these offer. i prefer to feel the music not just listen so elite 10 gen 2s are it.

The Best Earbuds I've Ever Owned
These are the real deal, best, highest quality sound, total lightweight comfort and sturdy product. I swear that I will keep these in the best possible condition, since Jabra is exiting the commercial earbud market. It sounds so clear, the bass is so crisp, the sound is so balanced, the Active Noise Canceling is perfect, and they can remain in my ears without causing any fatigue or discomfort. I have always loved Jabra earbuds, and I was worried about replacing my 85t pair of earbuds for these. But this was the best purchase I made in a long time. I use these for everything, all day, every day. I am on the phone, I am on video calls and conferences on my computer, and I listen to streaming shows and music between all of that. All day, my phone and my computer are paired and connected to the earbuds and they operate totally flawlessly when there's an incoming call, and then back to the streaming show from the computer, and then onto a MS Teams call, all without any intervention from me,, it's seamless. I have used the spatial sound feature a couple of times, but I believe this would probably be a good feature maybe for gamers or something (?) .. nonetheless, it is amazing how it keeps the sound pointed from the direction of the source of the sound. PLUS you can use ONE of the earbuds while the other remains in the case. And you can use EITHER ONE.... in my 85t's I could only use the right earbud independently. But these, you can use either right or left. Just total perfection. 10/10, 5⭐, two👍🏻, all of the best ratings for these Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 Wireless Earbuds with Dolby Atmos Spatial Sound.

Awesome earbuds!
I'm not super familiar with earbuds but these are awesome! I have a headset from Jabra as well and its amazing too. They both use the same phone app. The app is easy to use and has a lot of features. I wish it was a bit more customizable but it has a lot of features. Don't use the wind noise canceling feature though. It was causing my earbuds to disconnect constantly. I turned that feature off and they haven't had any connection issues at all. The range is great. Sound quality is great. Batter life isn't that long but they charge very quickly. They fit well but not tight. They can fall out easily if they get bumped. Overall I am extremely pleased. 8.5/10

Jabra =Junk
After 1 year....buds and case would barely charge. All along had connection issues....for the price, no way I would recommend and Jabras service is terrible.....I use these for work everyday. Jabra wanted to send back and wait on them to determine if they could fix or replace......what a joke.....Ive owned several earbuds, currently using Anker Soundcore Liberty 5's and they are absolutely hands down the best yet from sound quality, fit, battery life......and I paid $89 on Amazon....they were normally $129 and I got them on sale. Anker makes extremely good products.....Ive owned these a few months and so far Jabra is not even close. The quality of the Anker's is way above Jabra.....dont blow $200 on Jabra, you will be disappointed

Comparing to my Bose quiet comfort 2
These are ok, but not what I wanted really. They are ok and I would give 3.5 stars but not 4. The things I like are that they are flat in your ears and the case is slim and the light indicators for case vs. buds are both independent and intuitive and functional. App integrates well and they will grab my Bluetooth AFTER I put ear buds in, but forget to turn on Bluetooth on phone, then turn on Bluetooth, then they grab and connect regardless of order of operations (which my previous Bose quiet comfort 2 would not do). The ear bud controls are pretty intuitive and easy to memorize and are a physical button press (vs. touch sensitive touch like Bose). My problem is that the ANC is not as good and the rubber ear cups aren't as good as Bose. I have smaller than average ears for 6 tall 165lb man (not tiny ears, but not these huge elephant ears some guys have) yet I tried every single size of jabra rubber ear inserts provided and had to wear the XL (largest) cup size to get any kind of slightly snug fit that would block any sound via the physical material without ANC on. It makes no sense to not use basic noise blocking via good thicker rubber ear cups, then add ANC tech to that for a total sound block/cancel result (which is how my Bose worked). When I put in my bose quiet comfort 2 earbuds I would immediately get a significant sound block just from using them as an ear plug. THEN, when I turned on the technology based noise reduction technology I would get a really high-end result of total blocking of noise. However, with these Jabra earbuds they don't fit well and snug in the ear and I can tell by feeling of the rubber cups that they are made of thin cheap rubber that is not going to block sound very well as opposed to the Bose rubber which was thicker and heavier and more rubbery and it just stuck in my ear better and grabbed my skin better. These Jabra cups are kind of slick rubber - almost like they're powdered rubber and they won't grab a hold of your skin so they just kind of sit in your ear with a gap around the canal. So, naturally the noise reduction technology cannot keep up with the fact that you're just sitting basically in an open room without a total blocking of your ear canal at all. I would have never bought these except for I had bought two pairs of the Bose QuietComfort 2 ones, which are very expensive and both broke. The first pair got ruined by a single drop of water because they had no water resistance and then the second pair just quit working by themselves after a few months. The left one started clicking and popping in my ear when the battery goes below 80% so you could only get 15 or 20 minutes of use until the clicking and popping started and made you want to scream and jump off a bridge. So I still have that pair but I can only use them for 15 or 20 minutes till the clicking and popping starts in the left ear. I would have ordered more bose but I was so mad at them for not supporting their product twice in a row and not having a warranty or anything that I bought jabra. I'll keep these and use them. They're okay but what I want is some that actually worked good like Bose, but were actually high quality enough to actually last and do the job for more than 6 months.

Elite 10 Gen2 Case is not charging
update 2 more weeks later: After a week with tech support the warranty replacement was approved. It took another week to get the replacement. All work now as expected. Good I have old another buds, otherwise 3 weeks without working buds would be hard. Moved to 4 stars. update 6 months later - set to 1 star for now: Elite 10 Gen2 Case is not charging at 1st the case got stuck at 30% charged overnight and after another day of not charging the case it went completely down. After plugged in it shows 10% charge, while buds are at 100%, but after 2 hours it remains at 10%. I tried to reset the case by: Remove the earbuds from the case. Plug the empty case into a 5V USB-C charger (avoid fast-charging bricks). Leave the case open while plugged in. After 3–5 seconds, the case firmware will attempt to reboot in the background. Close the case and leave it charging for at least 2 hours It didn't help the case remains at 10%. I can't update the firmware due to the case is below required 50% charge. Yes, I submitted 2 Tech support cases to Jabra, pending reply for real actions. There are many similar complains over Internet for exact the same issue. ------------------------------------ Original: I really like Mic of those for phone calls. Those are comfortable to be used for an hour or two, so I had no issues to use it in 3H flight, while nice ANC. The battery life is also very good, while small footprint for but buds and the case. Those works with multiple devices at once, useful for connecting at the same time to a laptop and smartphone, that doesn't require disconnect from one to use with another device. The sound quality is also good, while this isn't my primary use case. I like those after a few months usage.

Worth upgrading from older models
I've been using Jabra earbuds for nearly a decade and really like the brand. I just upgraded to these from an 85t since there were on sale and I'm very glad I did. They're much more comfortable, the batteries last noticeably longer, and the sound is slightly clearer for phone calls. For music they're roughly identical in my subjective view, but that's not a bad thing as the older model was pretty good. The ANC works great, as does the hear-through (which I prefer for most things).

Would not purchase
Sound quality is comparable to others in this price range. Call quality is awful. These are pretty comfortable to wear but a little big. I found the battery life on the pieces to be short but the case that charges them doesn’t need to be charged much (this seems like backwards design). Durability for someone that uses them for working out is really bad. Right ear bud broke after 6 months which is trash. Ive had a few pairs of Jabras before and they always seem to have poor durability and stop working after a year. Currently wouldn’t recommend and would go with bose or sony.

Wow, just wow
First and I guess last pair of Jabras since they are getting out of the headphones game. Pitty cause these fit and sound amazing! First thing I did was fire up some 311!!!! Was using AirPod pros gen 1 before. Was having static in the left earbud and now the right one too. So started to look for new ones since it’s something i use five days a week on my commute. Did a lot of research online, various forums, reviews and videos. Because of the smart streaming case I went with theses. Will be nice to use my iPod and plane media on trips! Who ever stated that there was zero base is nuts! They sounded great out of the box. I went and turned off the bass boost eq on my iPhone and they sounded even better. Neutral setting on the Jabra app they sounded great, nice and balanced. Put in bass boost and boom came alive, very rich, warm and smooth. Not an audiophile by any means but I listen to a lot of music and these sound great! They didn’t not disappoint!!!! Changed the ear tips for what I assume is large and gave a great seal, very comfortable. Lucky I guess since they fit so well! So, if you’re on the fence like I was, they are amazing. Killer sound, great app and awesome Smart Case. Looking forward to re-listening to plenty of albums! Go for it!!!!!

JABRA...BEST EVER SOUND AND SOUND QUALITY!
FANTASTIC sound and quality sound. Love them but I do find they fall out of the case easily so I am diligent in making sure they are in the case securely. Thus would not stop me from purchasing them. I have had Sony, Apple and a few others and the jabra are the BEST ! You won't be disappointed at all.
