Nice minty flakes
So far I haven't used this in cooking but the smell just from them is amazing, I just find myself needing to smell something nice and putting my nose around the opening and taking a deep breath in and enjoying the scent of the mint. It does smell so amazing, I can't wait to use this in cooking and see how it goes.

Not just mint leaves
I bought the dried mint leaves and it wasn’t 100% mint. It was a mixture of mint and fenugreek. If you know fenugreek, you know it. It has a very distinct and strong smell that will stay with you for days… I do not appreciate that it wasn’t just mint leaves as advertised. It’s a food item so it was not returnable, but Amazon was kind enough to refund me for this time. And I’m not buying it again.
