Got it as an act of desperation during a challenging TMJ flair up! After second use it eased the tension and pain significantly! The heated option soothes while vibration reliefs the pain. Battery life could he better. Overall it's a great help during a TMJ flair up!

The device worked for 10 minutes and then died. Not functional enough to really get a benefit. Can’t return it because the device is ineligible. The vibrate feature started up and then died, went to charge for a hr, no charge. Left it over night no charge. Seems like a temu product. Save your money for a shiatsu massage for your neck which is far more effective for treating tmj stress.

I’ve had TMJ pain for 20+ years including 5 jaw surgeries. I carry all my tension in my neck and jaw. This massager helps relax my jaw quite a bit! I only use the first massage setting and with only slight pressure use it in circles over my jaw muscles and behind my ear. This seems to help a lot more than just what I can do by rubbing by hand. The heat function takes a long time to warm and doesn’t get very warm. But the instructions do suggest turing on heat first to let it warm up before use. Battery level lasts a couple of uses so just be sure to charge it. Im not going to lie though, this looks similar to a personal vibrator for females!

I had been suffering from TMJ to the point it began affecting my hearing. (!!) Device is soft with rubber coating and is perfectly shaped to massage and relax the jaw and face. Love the added heat feature. Easy to clean and charge. Only negative, is it looks like a (ahem) personal massager on the nightstand.

When it works, it’s great. The vibration has relieved the pain from an old upper jaw surgery. Unfortunately, the vibration stopped two months after purchase. I could get it going again by tapping it. But now it’s totally failed. Came to check if it’s returnable, but it worked long enough to pass the deadline.

DO NOT buy this! It takes like 5 minutes to get warm and it just vibrates; It doesn’t massage. You are much better off using your hands.

This little massager is very effective for my TMJ pain. During a recent flare-up, I experienced extreme discomfort, and this device provided significant relief. The combination of vibration and heat worked well to ease my pain.
