Great for anxiety
This stuff saved my mental health. My anxiety was making me suicidal almost. I have been taking them for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed I am less reactive to triggers and am not panicking as much. My physical symptoms from panic are mostly non existent now as well. I am so happy with this product, I highly recommend it!
