Super yummy!
These are super yummy!! I love the danzai sauce. they are easy to make & taste really good. It says to cook for 5 mins but I like mine a little less al dente. So I use 6 mins (7 starts being mushy) anyway - ordering a 2nd time :-)I bought them becasue they were on of New York Time Wirecutter favorites... they were correct. they have the tiniest bite (not hot just flavorful) not sure how to explain that BUT I can't do spicy foods and this is perfect!Update: OH NO!!! I can't order a second time They're out of stock and don't know when they'll be back and I check their website and same there bomber The Danzai sauce is so wonderful and it's not in any of their ramens! So bummed out

unique taste and texture. even kids love them (maybe not the spicy sauce)
these were in costco for a brief period and then dissapeared. they are very good noodles, and the sauce is different than anything else we can usually get (Ramen, Udon, Pho). they are amazing with canned fish like sardines if you're into that. otherwise good with bokchoi or an egg.

I really enjoy these noodles
Really delicious noodles, they aren't "instant" noodles in a good way, they are chewy and good texture noodles. The sauce is very authentic and pleasing flavor. The price was what drew me in and they are a good value. Air fried instead of fried gives them a great texture, really good noodle.
