Bought this corner sofa on Monday 30th of march, delivery happened 1st of April, very very happy with that and the sofa, not too hard to put together but I'd suggest two people, very comfy,nice material and the recliners are like dentist chairs,you're virtually horizontal. Finally got the sofa—yes, *the* sofa—after nearly calling the police on the first delivery driver (seriously, read the company’s feedback, it’s a saga). Now, I won’t lie, it does look stunning sitting there in the living room, making everything else seem just a bit inadequate by comparison. Of course, the delivery process? Well, that was a masterpiece of confusion. First, I was told they'd bring it upstairs, no charge. Then, suddenly, there was a charge. Then, there was an additional charge to assemble it, which they only half did, because they left with one of the LED strips not working, one of the backs loosely hanging, and one of the seats half-connected. So, if you're tempted by "cheap and cheerful," think again. This sofa is indeed the showstopper they promised—it's comfortable, and it certainly looks the part. It’s just the service that’s, shall we say, a touch more "charity shop" than "furniture boutique."

Sadly leaving this review. Initial delivery and the light didn’t work. They repaired it a few days later. Then the reclining seat started leaning to the left. They sent someone to see who confirmed it was faulty. A week later it was replaced. The replacement electric recliner doesn’t work. The light also does not work. Each time they deliver I have to wait in. Also they don’t take the cardboard and wrappings so I have made another trip to the dump I spent £899 on this sofa and have had nothing but problems with it. I’m hoping this can be sorted with a replacement that is fully working next Thursday afternoon. Maybe I’ll consider reviewing this feedback.

Really happy with the sofa and service

Looks amazing and it’s really comfy lots of space for friends and family to sit and not too hard to assemble. Only criticism would be the delivery drivers asked if we would like it taken up for an extra £20 so i declined but they ignored me and took it up anyway and I still had to pay £20 even though I told them not to take it up then they Wanted more money to assemble it, this time they listened to me when I told them not to assemble it

Excellent. Sofa is beautiful, such good value for your money. Delivery was so fast , l literally received the sofa the day after l ordered !! Delivery men were so good , they kept me updated on arrival time and were good to their word and arrived exactly when they said they would and put the sofa together for me ( a small fee of twenty pounds for this service is worth every penny) . I highly recommend
