what is the depth of the tallest shelf?

The top shelf is 6” to the rear bar, the middle shelf is about 10” to the rear bar & the bottom shelf is just shy of 14” deep. The top bar is roughly 25-1/2” high from the top shelf.

Am I missing something? Doesn't seem to be enough pre-drilled holes to follow assembly instructions.

Go by the photo. The instructions are incorrect. I did have to make a hole for the bar that goes across the top. There is no hole pre-drilled in it. I don’t have a drill either so I hammered a nail into the center and then forcefully screwed a screw into that hole to make a big enough one.

How much weight can each tier hold?

We placed a 20-pound weight on each shelf of this 5 tiers plant rack, which has enough strength to support 20 pounds.

Does this item have to be assembled?

This flower stand is assembled by yourself. Our product packaging contains all the accessories and tools that you can easily assemble with reference to the installation instructions.
