I take this twice a day to maintain and lose weight. In the morning I stir it in cold water and drink. I don’t mind the taste at all. A friend of mine add peppermint extract to make it more palatable. It’s like eating the seaweed snacks but in liquid form. No problem with it dissolving in cold water. In the afternoon I add it to my protein shake (with cacao powder and fruit). I bought another Chlorella powder and this one is far more superior. It is a dark vibrant green color. Will purchase again!

I love this, just much stronger than the Koran brand I bought last time. So you can only use a small amount and it does loosen the texture of whatever you add it to. So in a cookie batter, the cookies didn’t hold their shape as much and I had to make it into cut and slice bars which is fine. So very good but more potent flavor.

Good quality product made obvious with the dark green color and the fine powder. Like that this product is broken wall to ensure full absorption. I mix this along with spirulina and other super reds into my morning green drink. Adding this to my morning green drink ensures I am getting protein to keep me full, highest known source of chlorophyll, and amino acids and vitamins. Mind you this is not going to taste like a candy bar but your body will thank you! I mix mine with carrot juice to add additional sweetness and beta carotene.If I ever get a slight headache in the middle of the day make a drink if this and within 20 minutes my headache is gone. I did my research and this company is great quality for the best price you can find! Will continue to buy.
