Quit less than 2 months in
Scooter was great at 1st, then just a day shy of 2 months of owning it, it stopped working, wouldn't take a charge. I contacted Amazon and they said the return window was only 30 days and was told there was no other warranty. I was then told they could make an exception and offered me a tiffin and refund, which I agreed to. Only to find out that they reduced my refund by over $70 bc I was returning it after the return window. They never told me that no I only discovered it after returning the item at The UPS Store and then going to check the refund status.

So far this has been a very good product. Got soaked in the rain yesterday and still going! Hope it will have longevity!

Great battery life and mileage. Fast acceleration with great breaks.
I followed the instructions to charge the scooter for 5-6 hours. I’ve ride it around 22 miles and it still seems to have a lot batter left. I installed the seat that came with it, and it’s a comfortable enough to sit. However, you need ti to tighten up the seat, so it doesn’t drop down when you sit on it. The scooter also has a good accretion control. The breaks works pretty good even when driving fast.

Began to shut off randomly on its own
I have had it for less than 3 months and It has begun to shut off randomly during rides making me late to work and not turning back on at least until plugged up to charger... The worse scooter I have had thus far usually they don't start to mess up for up to a year.

Worth it
The electric scooter is great. I ride this scooter whenever I need to go out, it is lightweight and pretty easy to assemble and disassemble, the instructions were pretty straightforward, helpful, and easy. The battery also charges quite fast, and it last for a long while. It is also pretty convenient since I don’t need to spend a long time on assembling and disassembling or charging the battery. The scooter is also very smooth and durable and makes me feel safe when I do ride it. Overall, this purchase was amazing and the price was pretty reasonable, I am happy with this electric scooter.
