Nice quality transformer, been using it for a year with electrical kettle daily no issues at all
Had to get this for some electrical kettle, been using it for a whole year daily to keep the tea warm all day the machine was totally fine and no excessive heat or noise.

Like several other reviewers mentioned, the plug connection is too loose, so the cord doesn't stay securely in place- that is the main downside. It's been working fine for several months with no issues, but I don't understand why the socket was designed so loosly. It could even be a safty concern during use.
