This is our go-to liquid fabric softener. Downy always delivers. The free and clear is perfect for those with allergies or sensitive skin. This fabric softener leaves are closed nice and soft, are sheets inviting, and we are itch free. Very effective. My colors are protected and it is anti-static and reduces wrinkles. There is no scent and it comes out as a semi thick liquid. The bottle arrived in great shape without any leakage.

Packaging was great. No concerns. I actually thought I'd bought laundry soap lol, but that's my fault for not properly reading though. Anyways smells good and my towels feel amazing.

Towels stay fluffy and everyday clothes come out comfortable against the skin, and it plays nicely with my detergent. One small note is that the fragrance free aspect means there’s no noticeable scent after washing, which some people may miss. Pouring from a big bottle can be a little awkward at first, but it’s not a big hassle. Overall I’m very satisfied and would give it five stars for our laundry routine.
