I've never in my life used machines like this but do not regret it, I have been able to breathe more better because of it, everytime I get sick I use this machine and it cleans out all the mucus in your nose and helps you breathe a bit better then it being clogged, so its very effective. I believe its worth the money it was very easy to use.

I recieved this nasal irrigation system yesterday. Tried to use it & guess what? It doesn't work! It'll put water in nostril but won't suck anything out, nothing!! It's not returnable, so I've tried to contact the seller several times! Guess what? NO RESPONSE!! Looks like I'm just stuck with this piece of JUNK!! Sad part, I'm still making payments on an item I can't use! So if your considering this one, PASS, it's truly just JUNK! I would have rated it a 0 if it were possible.

So far, I am disappointed that it doesn't have as much power as the Navage, which I used for years. The Navage would push and pull water from my nose, whereas this only pushes it through, leaving more in my nasal passages after each run and less in the bottom tank. The mixing of the solution takes more time than the Navage, but I hated those plastic pods, so good riddance I think. If I go back to the Navage, I will still mix up my solution instead of using the pods, using a rubber insert in the Navage to fool it into thinking that I am using a fresh pod.
