Even in this short time, the robot vacuum has made a noticeable difference in keeping my home spotless.Smart Navigation & Efficiency:In just a week, the S1 Pro has shown remarkable intelligence in mapping my home’s layout. It navigates effortlessly around furniture and obstacles, creating an efficient cleaning path that minimizes overlap and ensures every corner is attended to. The setup through the intuitive app was straightforward, allowing me to schedule cleanings and set no-go zones with ease.Effective Vacuuming & Mopping:The dual-function cleaning system stands out from the start. The S1 is an amazing vacuum and mop. Setup is simple, with initial mapping completed in just a few minutes for our entire downstairs. After that add water and it is ready to go. The single pass vacuum and mop cleans our floors quickly. Obstacle avoidance is accurate and the robot has never got stuck. Serving is simple and supported by the app. Our house has never been so clean.One thing to note - emptying the dust bin from the robot into the base station is loud. We decided to run the robot at 9am every day so not an issue for us but it would be annoying at night.

I ended up buying the 15C max in a Black Friday deal for my house and loved it so much that I ended up getting the 30C max too!I live in a three storey house so having two makes it much easier as I can do my top bedroom and the whole of the downstairs without doing anything. Then I just move one of them to the middle floor and we’re golden!!The reason I picked up the 30ac is because I have a table with angled legs on it and the 15C max kept trying to mount the legs or getting stuck underneath. So I picked up the 30C max (which is identical, other than it can use the magnetic boundary strips) so that I could cordon off an area. Firstly I’ve placed the strips under the legs of the table and it actually stops trying to mount them! Problem 1 solved. However problem two still exists.The gap is big enough for the vac to get under and clean beneath the table which is good, however due to the angled legs , it still gets wedged.As the strips are a thick black strip, I really don’t want to just stick them to the carpet as it would be a bit of an eyesore, so my next task is to make an incision in the carpet and put them underneath to stop it going beneath. It means I won’t get robo cleaning beneath the table but it’s better than it getting stuck.I’ve had it many times where I’m out and it gets wedged. A little annoying!!Overall though this vac really is a game changer. It’s so simple to use, picks up dust and dirt really well and leaves my carpet looking amazing. Would I like one that maps the room? Absolutely yes. But they’re a lot more expensive and this is 95% as good to me as a mapping one would be.This is a superb bit of kit, but being honest the only difference is the magnetic strips. So if you have no need to block off an area then I recommend the 15C max as it’s literally identical other than that feature.Alexa works well, the app works well, it picks up lots of dust and dirt, it goes back to its charger when it’s done (when it doesn’t get stuck!) , the timer function is great and you come home to a house that looks clean and fresh. If you’re 50/50 on a robot vac, my advice is do it!!!!
