Purchased in July 2025 and used for the first time on 15 May 2026. It carried only 15 kg on an Air India flight—well within normal airline baggage limits. Shockingly, one of the wheels broke on the very first day of use. The product advertises a 7-year warranty, but when I checked the Amazon listing, it states that the warranty covers only manufacturing defects. If a suitcase wheel fails during its very first trip under such a light load, doesn't that indicate a manufacturing or material defect? A suitcase is designed to withstand the normal handling associated with air travel. If it cannot perform its primary purpose on its first use, the quality and durability are clearly questionable. I request that this be treated as a manufacturing defect and that the product be repaired or replaced under warranty.
