I purchased this 9-piece grip trainer kit to improve grip strength and hand endurance, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how complete it is. Instead of just one hand gripper, it includes multiple tools that target different muscles in the hands, fingers, wrists, and forearms, making workouts feel more balanced. The different resistance levels make it easy to start where you’re comfortable and gradually increase the challenge. I also like that everything is compact enough to keep at my desk or toss in a bag, so it’s easy to fit in a few minutes of training throughout the day. The materials feel sturdy, the silicone pieces have a good grip, and nothing has shown signs of tearing or losing resistance after regular use. My only suggestion would be to include a small guide with sample workouts or a recommended progression, especially for beginners who aren’t sure which pieces to use first. I was going to return these at first because I found a different set that included more plus balls and finger exerciser, but I decided to keep them because the resistance is accurate, but also every item is properly labeled with the weight and the material is really good quality. I’m pretty sure this is the exact brand that my physical therapist used, and it also comes with a little bag that fits not only what it came with, but all of the finger stretchers and balls and grip rings from the other set that I bought. I’m currently recovering from a car accident where I sustained a thumb, wrist and neck injury and i’m dealing with a lot of pain, weakness and mobility issues, but these have helped so far to rehabilitate myself since my hand is incredibly weak still five months later. The price is also very fair, this was the most affordable set yet the quality is great

These make awesome fidget toys. I like that as you play with them, they add an in body sensory experience with muscle fatigue that makes me feel more grounded. I even use these at work as a nurse while I review charts, and I love that they're easy to sanitize. I was worried I progressed too quickly to the highest weight, but the lower weights are better for long term use, like if I use them for hours throughout the day. I took a star off because I do worry the tension will loosen with long term use.

I've been using this grip strength trainer regularly, and it's helped make my hands and fingers feel stronger. A nice set of grippers and extenders is included in the set. They are of varying weights, to allow for ease of use and improvement. The rings give you two options on each on, depending on the direction squeezed. They make for great hand strengthening exercises, as well as stress relief. The finger extenders are single option for each one. The materials seem to hold up well, and are not too slick. These sizes work well for most adults, young or old.

I keep breaking the finger extension bands but the squeezers are great.

Me habían prestado unos y, viendo lo bien que van, he comprado éstos para mí. Con los años se pierde fuerza y quiero contrarrestarlo. Viene en una caja bastante fuertecita y no ocupan nada para el bien que hacen. Muy variados, además.
