SopiGuard Sticker for Surface Duo Phone Edge-to-Edge Precision Vinyl Skin Wrap (Honeycomb Silver)

So after reading so many reviews about the difficulty of installing these I was a little apprehensive to pull the trigger. However, I have successfully installed screen protectors on various devices for years and thought I would give it a try after finding no alternatives. Well to my surprise there are not hard and I found them pretty easy to install. Follow the instructions that come with it, and I advise installing the side without the windows logo first, get a feel for how they stick and then you should have no issue with the logo side. I lined the logo before pushing down the sides. I got it first try. Now for protection, while it is not for drop protection it does add a layer of protection on the glass panels the Duo has. These panels are fragile and can crack pretty easy, with these protectors I don't worry when using my device daily. So in my bag, setting on tables, carrying in my pocket, I feel my Duo is at a low risk of damage, as long as I don't drop it.... Highly recommend these.

I dont know why so many people hate on this device. I kind of really like it. Yes the camera is just a selfie camera but its worth not having a camera bump so the phone is the same size when inside out. The software is still semi glitchy but its usable.I think its more of an android problem using two screens on android 10. When trying to close an app from full screen, its a two step process(my only problem with the software how its written rather than a glitch) You have to move the app to one screen then close it. Kind of annoying.

I cracked my Surface Duo, right around the charge port, when I sat on it in a hard chair. The hard chair made contact right at the charge port (which is probably the worst part of the physical design of the Duo) and it spider-cracked the back glass (I hate all glass phone design!!!!). Anyway, I purchased this skin and it went on easily and perfectly and now there's no indication that the glass is cracked at all. As a bonus, my phone looks like something from Forged in Fire now too!

The Gorilla Glass 5 that's on the Duo needs some protection. Everyone recommended the Sopiguard, and I am glad I listened. I got the light woodgrain. Pleasantly surprised with how thick it was. Install was pretty easy, and the blow dryer really affixed the skin to the edges. It does not look like the wood paneling on 70s station wagons either.
