Weiswurst
I have never had a package that could have gone through a bomb. You need touch scissors. I can Wouk for the care that went in to it. It would have serviced anything ice packs bubble wrap bubble wrap tons of clear tape. This is the second time I’m buying it. The wurst of course in good shape and delicious

Excellent flavor
German weißwurat are made with pork and veal. Bock wurst apparently are made with Pork and Veal. Its the same sausage with 2 different names. Weißwurst should have veal as well, none the less they were really good. Being my family is in Germany I have truly missed this Bavarian breakfast sausage. I would definitely order again, the only negative was the shipping charge and I would've preferred UPS over Usps mainly because I live on an island and I get alot of lost mail.

Excellent taste, packaging and good price
Packaged well. Taste just like I remember from when I lived in Germany. Great for sensitive stomachs if you want to eat sausage. Super tasty, great quality. Love, love, love! Highly recommend.

Authentic Bratwurst!
We hosted an Oktoberfest party this year, & these Bratwurst tasted as authentic as I could find in the US & I lived in Germany for 8 years!

Bratwurst masquerading as weisswurst.
I ordered the Weisswurst directly from Shaller and Weber. Very disappointed. It is nothing like true Bavarian Weisswurst! This is 100% pork instead of a pork and veal mixture. Very fatty and dense and the spicing is all wrong. There's nothing delicate about it. It's really just a bratwurst. But, what more can you expect from an American producer? They don't know what they're doing.
