Delicate, yum flavor
Buttery and fruity. Not briney at all. Kind of almost fresh. Subtle flavor, I love it, but not the strong green olive flavor most got used to with the brine. This is more, well, hidden, then nutty, buttery, fruity. Enjoy on their own or with other less pungent flavors. Delicate.

I guess I didn't read this well, because the container is quite small. For the price I will be going with another brand. The olives do taste good, but no better than any of the others.

Good, but had an odd after-taste?
I love castelvetrano olives and was excited to try these out, but I felt there was an unusual after-taste. They typically have a slightly sour but also slightly sweet and very buttery texture and flavor, but these had a kind of acrid aftertaste? I honestly couldn't tell if it was just a unique batch of olives or if they were bad. I'm willing to try them again, but I was definitely a bit let down after craving these olives.
