It was actually a Christmas present for my husband and I can tell you he loved it on toast scones and I had ice cream with a couple of spoonfuls it was lovely good quality taste was delicious and yes value for money in my opinion it could be used in many ways ❤️

I bought this to accompany a lemon drizzle cake that I made and it worked incredibly well. Not an overpowering flavour, more subtle, but very tasty nevertheless. The added bonus is that the jam is not over sweet and has unrefined sugar in the ingredients, which works well for me being pre-diabetic. All in all, a great buy and would purchase again as a treat, as it is quite expensive, but a quality jam. One very happy customer 😋

Tasty and tangy, this lemon ginger preserves is just what's needed when you have super sweet scones. The preserves are lightly sweet with a hint of ginger, nothing overpowering or strong such as a ginger candy might be. I love the tang the lemon provides too, and the flavor is really great! The preserves are nicely thick, too, so they don't dissolve into a liquid when you add them to a slightly warmed scone. I am fully satisfied with the quality and taste of these preserves, and I can see myself ordering more when this jar runs low!

This is very yummy. I like the combination. I love ginger and I didn’t know I loved ginger and lemon together.! it’s not too strong-ginger can sometimes be overwhelming! It is a little thin and runny, but it’s great on sourdough toast so far….

The seal was tight but I am 76 yr old female and managed to get it open. There was no leakage and the taste is very enjoyable. I sometimes add a Tbl on to my plain or vanilla yogurt as a treat. It’s great on toast and an ingredient add on to salad dressings, cooked chicken - the list goes on…

Great flavor as promised! Beautiful balance of ginger and lemon - big chunks of lemon in the preserves. Love it on crackers, with brie, added to oatmeal. A wonderful find.
