Great amino content and taste and value for money. Seems to help muscle recovery especially when cutting.Mixes okay with water, but I prefer it more concentrated.

Really good taste

The horrible fake sugar taste is hard to handle - and pretty sure it’s upset my stomach as well. Have to water it down a lot as it’s too strong tasting (fake artificial sweetener wise) or use less than the recommended amount. I can’t imagine having up to 3 scoops of this across a day - they say 1-3 scoops daily is ok … also doesn’t taste particularly nice as a flavour either

This stuff is SO sweet, even at half the suggested amount, that my teeth blurred and my eyes rang.Please note that I love sweet things, so this is odd. I'm diluting it to one third of the suggested amount and that sort of works, but I won't buy this flavour or brand again
