Good not Great + Update
This product works for most situations. I got it instead of a tv for my dorm.Pros: it works well, it’s small and stands well with the tripod legs, it doesn’t even have to be completely dark to use works with the light on in my room, auto turns off, quiet fanCons: it’s pretty quiet and you can’t control the sound from the projector or from the device you use, the colors are pretty wonky compared to the device you use for it, it gets pretty hot, the image isn’t super big even zoomed to 100All in all it’s not a bad product especially for this price point. It definitely does what it needs to do and for the most part it does what this kind of product should doUpdate: The sellers reached out to remedy my dissatisfaction and I was upgraded to their next best projector which is so much better. All the problems I had with the original are non existent for this one. The ONE singular issue is that the replacement one so bigger and does NOT stay up well on the tripod it came with. You position is and by the time you walk away it’s pointed up because it’s too heavy to sit on the tripod. I always have to have something propped under it to keep it in the position I want. Definitely from a 3 start experience to a 4 star one because the sellers were really helpful and understanding of the problems I had with the product

Good except for keystone+focus in combination and brightness
Brand: VISSPLModel: V16comes with:* remote (needs 2x AAA batteries)* mini tripod with ball head* HDMI cable (1meter+ length)* AV cable (3.5mm TRRS male to 3x RCA male)* power adapter (model MD48C-22002i8-U, input 100-240V 50-60Hz 1.5A, output 22.0V 2.18A 48W* built-in speaker(s) (not tested)Inputs:* HDMI, RCA ("AV"), USBFor the price, this is a surprisingly good value. It works at a basic level. I bought it for displaying artwork from my phone. Also tried some video content, with mostly worked. Details below. While the product comes with a remote, all functionality I tested seems accessible using the buttons on the top as well. That's great -- if I ever lose the remote, the product is still usable! Kudos. The product was easy to set up and get working. Kudos. The keystone and focus both work OK individually, but not very well in combination. If I tried to display at an angle, the keystone could square the picture, but the focus would then be off at either the top of the picture or the bottom. If I angled the projector so it displayed straight ahead, without the need for keystone, focus then worked. This limits the usability of the projector. Deducting points from the review. Not very bright. You will want the room to be as dark as possible, or you won't be able to see any dark colors in the picture. Deducting points. It does not come with cables to connect a phone. But the product description doesn't say it would, and that would not be reasonable to expect, because there are a number of different connectors and cable requirements for different phones. No points deducted.Pro tip: if you want to connect a phone, tablet, laptop, or other device to this projector, first connect your device to a TV using an existing HDMI cable. That lets you validate that you have the correct adapters and cables before you even buy the projector, let alone troubleshoot it.The included remote requires 2x AAA batteries. They are not included. I think that's a little cheesy, but OK. No points deducted. No bluetooth or wireless functionality. But the product description doesn't say there would be. Why do some reviewers complain about this? No points deducted.I tried displaying Paramount+ content from my phone. It did not work. But the product description says that. No points deducted.Did not test audio input. Did not test speakers. Did not test AV input. Did not test USB input.

Small but Mighty!
This little projector is hands down one of the best purchases we’ve made! It’s compact, so it doesn’t take up much space, and it was super easy to set up and connect to our devices. The picture quality is great for the price. Overall, Definitely worth it!

Good for the price.
I purchased the cheapest option for tutoring to cut down on paper. It gets the job done and for the price i cant complain. It runs warm so the fan will be humming but it's not loud to the point of being distracting. In dim and dark rooms, the display is good. If you're in a classroom where you can't turn the lights off, visibility can be a minor inconvenience. Sometimes there are connection issues with the cable, but for 49.99 i can live with that. Next school year, I'll upgrade to a higher model, so I recommend going with one of those if you can.

Works, But Too Many Drawbacks for Me
12/27/25 update: This is an update to my earlier review of this projector. After my initial feedback, a company representative reached out to address the concerns I mentioned and offered several options to resolve them. The issues described above were ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. Based on the responsiveness and resolution provided, I am updating my rating to 5 stars. My experience with this projector has been mixed. The image looks fine, but there were several things that made it frustrating for regular use.The tripod included in the box broke after about a month. My kids adjusted it a few times and the legs snapped, so I had to replace it. I was also surprised that this projector does not include a cable or adapter for phone connection, and it does not charge the phone while it is connected. That means the phone battery runs down while watching.Streaming apps were a challenge. A few of the apps would not open or gave connection errors, so the only way I could watch certain content was to open a browser and log in through the website. That worked, but it is not very convenient. The focus is manual and very sensitive. Small adjustments make the picture go in and out of focus, and I expected something easier at this level. The fan also runs loud and warm, and the built-in speaker is not very strong, so I ended up using an external speaker. In the end, the projector does function and the picture is okay, but I personally needed to add several accessories to make it practical. Other buyers may not mind these things, but for me the overall experience was not what I hoped for.
