These vitamins have increased my energy levels. I feel amazing with them. No taste and easy to swallow. They are inexpensive and good quantity for the price. My go to brand nature wise for any supplements. They tend to stick together but a good shake does the job. Store in a cool location and make sure when delivered that they dont stay outside in hot weather for a long time.

Since they are gel caps. They do get stuck together and it's to get them separated and not snag open a capsule. I tried putting in freezer for a bit and shaking bottle, didn't work. I usually hv to put my finger inside the bottle and gently get them apart. Great product other than that 😆 Great price, No taste
