I have been taking these vitamins for about four years now and by far they are the best affordable vitamin option for women. So I got these because my old vitamins didn’t have everything I was looking for I was sick of buying multiple vitamins so I took a gamble on these. It took about a month for me to get used to but honestly I couldn’t be happier. I am a mom of four going through perimenopause and have been trying everything and this is the only thing that has helped my energy. It also has made my stomach less bloated and I’m regular!! Big deal for me ibs also I feel slightly skinnier weird also helps my mood swings before my period I have pmdd so that’s amazing for me.I will definitely keep taking these but I do wish they had collagen in them it helps with joints and other things just thought I mention it 😉😉😉😉
