Don't waste your money buying this, I bought and immediately I plugged it in power, it blew up my whole power line, the seller accepted a return but all most a month now and there has been no refund, and no info from seller or amazon, infact am gradually starting to loose trust in amazon too.

Be careful when purchasing this device; it is designed for 120 volts only. Unfortunately, I wasted my money!

Dit is onze eerste vacumeermachine en tot nu toe bevalt hij erg goed. De machine heeft alles om direct te kunnen gaan vacumeren. Twee rollen, voorbereide zakken en een paar onderdelen ter vervanging als er iets stuk gaat. Zowel kwetsbare als niet kwetsbare gerechten vacumeert hij goed.Opletten als je vocht mee vacumeert, dan moet je de zak lager houden dan de machine (of de machine optillen).Zou er zo weer een machine van Melisse aanschaffen.

J'ai utilisé la machine une dizaine de fois sans problème mais, la onzième fois, tout a sauté et j'ai constaté que malgré la phrase ci-dessous, la tension n'est pas compatible avec le réseau européen (belge en particulier) et ne fonctionne qu'en 120 V !!!!. Je m'étais étonné de devoir changer la prise mais je n'ai pas vérifié la tension.
