UPDATE: Seller will revise user instruction manual soon.
UPDATE 5.2.24: Seller contacted me to address the issues with the user manual, and said they will be revising it soon. They also stated that their black single wax melting pot is the only one with a Celsius temperature dial. The white one has a Fahrenheit dial. The Celsius dial model has the same temperature range as the Fahrenheit model, you just need to be aware of the difference in the scales. For instance, 100 degrees Fahrenheit = 37.7 degrees Celsius. This seller is very responsive & has addressed all the issues I mentioned in my earlier review. This single wax melting pot works fine, after you research on the internet how to use it. The instructions that came with it are horrible and make no sense at all. However, the seller contacted me to let me know that they will be revising their user manual soon to make it easier to understand and therefore safer for users. U.S. customers should be aware that the temperature dial is Celsius, not Fahrenheit. Also use caution when using this device (or any wax melting pot) because the pot, lid, pot handle and rim of the inner pot get very hot. There are some good features like the carrying handles on the side of the unit for moving it after it is heated. It will also hold the temperature for you as long as it is turned on. I recommend using a lower temperature if you are new to waxing for hair removal. Also, you can get an inexpensive silicone pot that sits inside the warming pot like a liner for melting the wax in. When the wax cools, it is easy to pop out of the silicone. Getting it out of the aluminum pot without using a silicone liner is more difficult. Of course, you can always just put the lid on the cooled wax and leave it in the pot for next time. It is versatile in that you can use most any kind of wax in it–paraffin, wax beads, wax beans, wax blocks, canned wax etc. They have included 50 free wooden applicator sticks too.

Handy Wax Warmer
Just got this wax warmer, and it’s a solid pick! The wax pot itself pops right out making cleaning up a breeze. You just take it out, wipe it down, and it’s good to go for next time. It heats up pretty quick too, which is perfect when you're in a rush and just want to get things done fast. Also, the whole setup is pretty straightforward. You basically just plug it in and it's ready to go. You only really have to learn about the right wax/water ratio for it, a little trial and error is all you need. The only thing I’d say is that a quicker heat-up would make it unbeatable, but it's definitely serviceable enough as it is. I would totally recommend it if you’re looking to try out waxing at home!

Easy to Use. No Flower Design. Check the Temps.
The wax warmer is compact and easy to operate. It does not come with the pretty flower design which is one reason why I liked this one in particular. But it still works. I like that it comes with sturdy handles on both sides. I tested the temps with a thermometer probe and each setting was 5C-15C lower than what is listed on the dial. The highest temp I could get after about 30 minutes with the lid on was 80C in the center and 84C on the sides (when I had it turned to the max 100C). If you need precision with temperature, you may want to test it out first. It's nice that the pot has a handle to pick it up and carry it to be washed out. It gets as hot as the pot so you need to wear a heat resistant glove if you try to pick it up before it cools down. The metal is aluminum and on the thin side but that likely allows it to heat up faster. The instructions are not translated well and are not helpful. There are words/phrases mixed in that have nothing to do with this device or the operation. I wish this came with a small sample of wax or paraffin to test out the machine. It came with 50 wood sticks but a few sticks and a small wax sample would be great.

Perfect for at home waxing
Was quick to heat up and heats up evenly. This is the most importantly detail that I love because uneven warming can lead to overheating spots or clumps that can burn you. The sticks are also thick and well made!! They aren’t weak like some that splinter.. these hold up well and no peeling. I also love that it works with a variety of different waxes. If you’re someone who waxes their body quite frequently … I recommend this HomeKit.

Too hot
Love the look and size of this wax warmer. However the temperature gauge must be broken. The second time I used it, I set it to 86° (which isn’t even body temperature) and it burned! The wax was literally boiling! I had to take it outside because it smelled so bad. Thank goodness I didn’t leave it unattended. The photo is after I cleaned it up. The lid was on, and was almost melted to the pot. Idk something isn’t right.

Works, but doesn’t match the picture.
This CoFashion Black Single Wax Machine is a compact unit - very lightweight, especially the aluminum pot and lid. It is not the same unit pictured in the listing; there is no flower pattern on it, and the first temp hash mark after OFF is 30 degrees C and goes up to 100 degrees (wish it listed Fahrenheit as well). I like that base unit has a handle on each side to carry or lift it. The instructions are laughable (seriously, check out the wording for Part2. 4., it’s surreal). It powers up via a heavyweight polarized plug that works fine. I like that they included wood sticks. It’s a decent basic unit, though a bit pricey for what you get. UPDATE: They have since uploaded the correct photo to the listing, so it now matches the product you'll receive.

Très bien mais indicateur de température pas très précis, obligée de mettre à 100° pour que ça fonde
