I was struggling with a cough, but after taking this medicine and getting a good night's sleep, my cough got better right away.

Drink it hot gets into system quickly only cold medicines I use.
I like Theraflu, you drink it like hot tea and it gets in your system quickly. It handles the runny nose and coughing fast, the nighttime also enables you to get a good nights sleep. I have used the daytime at night but it takes longer to get to sleep. Bring you drink this hot it feels good on one throat and warm me up.

Helps with cold
This really helped me a lot when I had a cold. It soothed my throat. The only downside was that even though it is supposed to be nondrowsy it still made me sleepy.
