My vitamin D was found to be low and it was recommended that as a woman, I should take vitamin D supplements to increase my level. As an adult who needs to limit sugar, Zahler was a perfect choice since it is made with sorbital and mannitol. I have been subscribing and taking this quality supplement for years at an appropriate adult dose and find it effective and priced right. Although one customer said the taste of the supplement was terrible, I enjoy the taste, it is great, like a sweet tart!

I purchase these vitamins regularly. As chewables, these are easy to take… without all of the added sugar in typical chewable vitamins. Taste and texture are great. Will keep purchasing!

I subscribe to this item during the winter months when I know my kids aren’t getting enough sunlight. They rarely get sick (compared to other kids) and I believe taking vitamin D is one tool to keeping their immune systems strong.
