These were way more time consuming than I anticipated. The adhesive to put the party hat together did NOT stay sticky and they kept popping off. I ended up having to use scotch tape to hold them together (if I had more time, I would’ve used a hot glue gun).

Advertised as mini. I found them to be large. Small? Yes. Mini? Not so much.

I bought these for my daughter's birthday party and ended up having to throw them away before the party started. The double sided tape to assemble the hats is not strong enough to hold them together. I tried holding it together for a couple minutes and they still ended up popping apart. The Pom Pom's are impossible to get on top. They provide glue dots which do not stick to the Pom Pom and definitely do not fit on the point on the hat.

These were adorable although they do take some time to put together and we did have to tape instead of relying on the adhesive because they kept coming apart. They worked well for what we neeeded though!

I really hated to put these together. I knew it didn’t come assembled because of the reviews but I had to super glue them and even that didn’t help. They turned out cute but had to make extra.

Didn’t stay together long

These are horrible. The Pom Pom didn’t stick with the cheap glue they sent. The paper is a card stock type and is very difficult to turn into a hat. It has bad creases that look really bad. I had to make my own hats. This product is terrible and was so disappointed !!!!
