Landmann13212 Barbecue Tongs

The product is quite good quality as I would have expected from Landman. Surprised by one of the reviews giving it 1 star based on bad quality.? Not sure what they had received or expected. Its as good as any others that I've had previously from better brands. I BBQ regularly, in the summer a few times a week and even in the winter so had use of many tools over the years.For the price its a bit of a no brainier. No concerns over quality either. Just go leaving them on the coals.

Item took a long time to arrive (From Diy-Direct). The pictures make it look top quality and this is what I was after. Something that would last a lifetime and would not need replacing. The tongs are a good size but they aren't well made, they are typical Chinese cheap construction. The serration on the pick up surface on mine have been hand finished to a poor standard (stainless is pitted, rough sanding on the edges). They also do not line up at all and the serrations are different on each side (one side has an extra half serration on it), so two different sizes. I know I should have sent them back but really needed them for a BBQ party and they arrived late on the morning of the event!

These are great. Very sturdy and nice and long so I don't burn my hand over the bbq! Good grip on the tongs too so you don't drop your food
